It took 40 minutes to get our food and you it tasted and had the consistency of food that had all been frozen at the time of us ordering. Including their pulled pork. Their BBQ sauce was boring.
With this being a small town BBQ joint you would expect more. But clearly they don't have to try hard because your choices are fast food or the other BBQ joint in town that is just as bad.
Loved the burger! ???? It was absolutely delicious after a long day of hiking! ???? Thanks for making them fresh. We will be back!
I just wanted to recognize and thank Mr. Peters for his kindness this week. After a tragic loss in the family, he stopped by to see my father-in-law, give his condolences, and even brought some BBQ. He will be eating well all week. We appreciate such a kind gesture, and I wish you all continued success.
I stopped by this place based on a recommendation from others. I ordered a rib sandwich and the spicy fries along with a barbecue plate for my wife. The food was delicious, and the prices were even better. Great place with awesome food...
Took a while to get our food. The taste was good, but they put to much BBQ sauce on the meat. They meat had a good taste already, little sauce needed. The coleslaw and potato salad was very good. I would eat there again.
We had the special, a Jumbo BBQ sandwich & fries, (which was decently priced) and it was AWESOME! The food is made only when ordered so it's fresh and hot.The sweet tea was excellent! The employees are so very nice. The only complaint we had was the BBQ sandwich was a little messy with the sauce but hey, ask for extra napkins!????We will definitely stop by again whenever we are down Talladega way!
In my personal opinion, Campbell's has the best BBQ in this area. The smoked flavor that you get here is above the rest. You can tell that the pit master knows what they're doing. When I want an excellent BBQ sandwich, I'll be coming here from now on. I love this place!
