I went to get my nails done for the first time today and had the worst experience! The lady that did my nails was a sweet person but she has no business doing nails. I got the Felix lavender mani pedi for the extra massage. The massage was pretty bad, I wanted her to stop. She (accidentally I assume) burned me with the wax for the feet. The nail polish was super old so it looked awful even with two layers. On top of all, she barely removed my cuticles - it’s all dry and peeling on the sides. This place isn’t cheap, so I did not think I should tip her well after this experience. I think people should earn a tip. I am sorry but never coming back!
The older lady was nice enough & did do a pedicure & paint the nails. I requested the basic pedicure @ $27. I said I didn’t want the massage (in my opinion the massage is a waste of money & not great to include Swedish strokes l, pressure etc) At the end of my service, I still have calluses, painted nails on the cuticle, cuticles not trimmed back. The awkwardness in the salon is just weird. Nobody talks. When we were done she told me it was $47, So, an extra $20 for what? Extra fluff & buff?
I should’ve spoke up to ask what that was for? But felt like she used the excuse of English as a Second Language to not understand. I don’t believe that to be true. Just be honest is all I want from a business.
Watch out for “Bait & Switch” at the end of your service.
I did pay the $47 plus $10 tip. I like to support local businesses. But, I won’t be coming back here. One of the workers, a gentleman there told me they had been there 20 years in Park City. Well, if that’s true, please try to be better at what you do, transparency with your clients, who are the backbone of your business.

For a guy, the chair fit me and was adjustable more than most. My Pedi was nice and more comprehensive than most too
My boyfriend bought me $100 gift card for my birthday. Went to use it today (a few months later) and they would not take it because the family members that used to own it together have split up. Had to listen to them arguing on the phone who was going to pay her back for “all the money he took” very uncomfortable, very unprofessional. Will never go back.
I got a jelly pedicure and a manicure and this place was fantastic. The jelly pedicure feels so nice and fun! The staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming. My nails look absolutely gorgeous. I love this place and will definitely be returning!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.
I only went there because there's no other nail salon open on sundays didnt ever expect what I would have to deal with. I'd give it a zero if I could terrible service. The woman who did my nails was arrogant, unpatient, totally rude. When picking out a color I asked for a little more time, was given an attitude I asked for a color and was shut down immediately she said no very rudely, I'm the customer I should be able to choose what I want not what's convenient for the tech. When I told her the acrylic was burning (this happens to me all the time but I immediately get sprayed to help the burning) she didn't acknowledge my comment at all, she continued working and said it wasn't her problem. The acrylic lifted while it still wasn't dry but, obviously it was an accident, and I didn't notice it. I brought this to her attention all she said "why did you touch it, its your fault" instead of fixing it and moving on, instead all she did was start screaming at me, which is totally unprofessional on her behalf. Telling me I was in a bad mood obviously who wouldn't get mad at this atrocious behavior, if she's the owner shame on her, if she's just a worker a little attitude adjustment would do her well!!! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS !!!!
We love this salon! Very clean, professional and excellent service! Ann, Tiffany, Trina & Jacob are all wonderful and give amazing mani pedis. It was our first time here and we will be back for sure! :)
Please don't waste your time. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because my original appointment in salt lake was cancelled due to the weather. I didn't expect much but good lord this set was 55$ and the nail tech had the audacity to ask for tip. I'm sorry but this was worst decision I ever made
