First time ever going to a nail salon and im so happy i did, he made my ugly feet beautiful. I have deformed pink toes ( genetic), but he took special care of painting and filing them even though nail is very difficult to get too. The young man hands were so gentle and considerate. Me and my best friend both got deluxe , and she recommend going here and i can see why.The staff was very polite and the prices are on a sign upfont. I cut my ankles shaving my legs and he made sure put extra cream that soothed the wound. Ive never liked my feet because looked different but i can honestly say they look beautiful for my wedding and theyre soft ( i wanted something simple but shiny on my feet i love this color). And i got gel nails, he explained me what they were, so they will last for big day.
I went today. I was seen right away without an appointment. The staff was warm and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and worth the trip. The prices are reasonable.
Had the nicest Pedi I've had in a while. A very good scrub and cuticle care. Not too much massage, but I also only did the basic Pedi, not the Deluxe. Great selection of regular polish, and gel... and they had an industrial shaking machine to blend it before use. Very clean. New Pedi chairs that worked nicely.
It started off very pleasant in customer service but went down hill as the service began. The water was extremely hot and I had a person that did not understand English very well. However even with all that the pedicure was good. Let's go to the manicure. It was okay until she clipped my cuticle.
She tried to stop the bleeding but it keep going. She finished my service apologising continuously but to be honest I'm thinking about whether I will be returning.
The fact i said the nails are too THIN I’ll PAY MORE !! Now i have to go
To a funeral out of town with broken nails cause it’s not NO TIME TO COME GWT A REPAIR !!! Just do what the customer ask FLAT OUT !! Now u have a Bad review !! Ughh!
I’ve passed this place for years and finally decided to try them when I was in the area. I walked in on a Saturday around 5pm and was gone in an hour; I made sure everything was dry before I left.
I was serviced by Bill, and he was great. I even fell asleep in their amazing massage chair while he tended to me. My feet feel nice and smooth and the polish looks excellent. The facility was clean, people friendly and the polish was brand new out of the box. I’ll be back.
It's a good place. Maybe it's not the most luxurious but the service is the best.
Love this salon, they're appointment only so you're not sitting around all day waiting to get your nails done, but they're not so vip that they can't schedule you in within a reasonable amount of time. They do an amazing job on my nails every time, and while I do have a favorite tech, I can trust all of them to do a great job unlike most places. I also get what I ask for, no unexpected extra costs, actually feel comfortable asking for what I want. I've been to too many places that take a weird tone with you or just straight up ignore you when you ask for certain things or express there's a problem with something, I'm so happy to have found this place.
