Food was not good this is my second time trying this location and I can’t stand it! The meatball was slices of meat not even balls with no sauce or anything just burnt slices of meat. I can’t Justify ever trying this again for the price! Pizza is fine nothing amazing tho! My mom went out of her way to order $30 worth of food for a burnt disgusting meat “ball” sub and a tiny pizza! Never again!
Ordered through Uber eats. Ordered the wings which were pink showing low quality wings even though they were well done. Ordered a chicken ranchero hoagie and they used chicken tenders for the meat and didn't remove the tendon making ever bite a guess on if you're gonna get that chewy nasty bite or a halfway decent one. There was also very little ranchero sauce. I had to throw away the hoagie unfortunately.
I ordered online at 5:45 pm. The”ready time” was 6;30 pm. The food did not arrive until 7:15 pm, and it was one degree above cold. This was ordered from their website and not from a delivery app. . I will say that the food WAS tasty, but I was disappointed by the temperature and wait time for delivery. I live less than a mile from the shop. Also, I ordered blue cheese with my wings and was given ranch. 2.5 stars rounded up to 3.
Love driving 30 minutes round trip to get shorted on wings. Please train your kitchen to handle complex numbers like 20.

The grandma honey pizza was excellent! The jalapeno pops were warm & soft. The service was attentive. Just loved everything about my experience here. There's not many "true" pizza joints from where I live so this was a real treat for me. Can't wait to visit again!! A++++
The Pineapple Express pizza with the garlic butter sauce is better than any pizza around. Great atmosphere and Mariah was a fabulous server too!
Honestly, just average. With all the hype and awards, I definitely expected to be blown away and wasn't. We ordered the Mee Maw pizza and it was very dry and didn't have much flavor at all, certainly not worth almost $40. If we go back, I'll order something more traditional and hope for better results but this was just a miss for us.
This review is mixed. We have friends that like caliente’s but complain about the inconsistent pizza and service. We decided to give it a shot and found our experience to be the same. They advertise a lot and have won the best pizza competition and the menu is ridiculous with options. I was excited. We ordered two pizzas and round cheese, Detroit style, and hush puppies. I picked up because they don’t deliver to where I live.
The Detroit style is the bomb. I give this a 5 ⭐️. The crust was good and crunch, the sauce had a nice sweetness to it, I’m still telling people about this pizza days later.
Our round was also very good. I honestly can’t complain about the taste but as you can see from the pictures it’s missing some cheese. And it appears to have been baked that way. I’m not an expert on making pizza, just an expert eater. This was frustrating because I didn’t pick up on that until I got home. I included a picture.
The hush puppies were a nice touch too. You get tired of wings - try these. Very good.
Staff was nice and friendly.
Will I try it again? Yeah. Mostly because of the Detroit style. I’m hoping for a better round 2.
