This was our first time coming here so we were excited to try the award winning Pizzas. I will say there was a 5 minute wait to be seated as nobody was up front. My husband had to find someone so we could be seated. I didnt want to ding them for service based on that though, the server was friendly and attentive. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised to find vegan options. I ordered the Velma and my husband ordered a Pepporoni pizza. These pizzas were extremely delicious! We will be returning!
The best pizza!! There is a reason why they are multiple award winners. The grandma pie is my favorite and the cheesy bread is AMAZING. Service was great! Can't wait to go back
We got a gift card for Caliente with our Pens tickets and wanted to grab food before the Steelers playoff game. Big mistake. Our online order was expected to be ready at 4:13, and we didn’t walk out of there until 5:05.
The staff were super kind and communicated well but what was supposed to be 5-10 minutes ended up taking 50 minutes because the pizza oven was backed up. We went to grab a growler of our favorite cider and a 2 liter of coke, and the growler was only 2/3rds full. When they went to top it off we realized it wasn’t the beer we asked for. Only after we paid did we know they gave us the wrong beer and couldn’t fill it with the one we wanted. They only had ciders from a different brand in bottles which was fine, but they weren’t able to swap it on the credit card. So I ended up paying $25 growler prices for a $16 six pack when we were really looking forward to what was on tap.
The food was good, but the salad was made incorrectly with onions and no cucumbers (which are my favorite part). Wings and pizza were good, but the sandwiches were cold in comparison. Got a bonus wing which I really appreciated! Cooked perfectly.
I appreciate the apologies but we weren’t offered any discount for it being super late, and I ended up being overcharged $9 more. We live out of state so the cider is a real treat when we come home, and something to salvage the long wait. Between the wait, missing some of the game, the overcharge, and then not getting the cider we wanted, was a complete letdown.
Had a great experience one night, ordered again the following night and was very disappointed. Missing soda, bread sticks that were more like croutons, but the manager Maurice was professional, cool, calm, listened to me and we came up with solution. Mistakes happen, as a chef in the industry, I appreciate and respect what Maurice did. When things go wrong and the business handles correctly, that actually means more to me, personally, than everything going normal because it proves that when mistakes occur, the situation will be handled. That isn't the case at every food establishment. Take Uber Eats for example. Thank you, Maurice. Caliente Pizza should be grateful you are on their team.

Fantastic service and classic pizza. Yes, if you order the fried pepperoni, it's going to be greasy, but that's what you signed up for! Come during happy hour for some good deals.
Caliente also has their own beer line, Dough Daddy! The beers are great (especially if you like IPAs), and the manager mentioned they'd be coming out with some new seasonal drafts monthly.
For me, this is the perfect place to hang out and have a bite to eat. The beer selection is good, and the atmosphere is right on comfortable. Let me tell you the service is golden very friendly, polite, and genuine. The food uuff is an off-the-wall delicious, great selection of food from tasty to extremely devilish spicy hot. It all depends on you what you prefer, I truly am a big fan and love this place. I do recommend stopping by to try out pizza, wings, and burgers can’t ask for more.
Drove 3 hours just to put the Facebook reels to the test. Decided to visit the OG location. Did not disappoint. Four of us ordered our own pizza so we could maximize the experience. Not a single complaint. Obviously I recommend any pizza you want. The Bloomfield Lemonade is awesome. And by all means, treat yourself to one of their house shots for dessert.
