I walked into the restaurant and was immediately welcomed by Justin (who I later found out was the manager), Rebecca, Illiana, Kanyon, and Kaylee. Justin's genuinely friendly demeanor made me feel quite welcomed. He very naturally recommended Zupa's Mediterranean Bowl and even sold me on extra chicken. Rebecca offered me a chicken sample, and Kanyon had me try their homemade lemonade drinks. Elliana offered me a sample of soup, which I accepted. Kaylee rang me up and talked with me about cats. I frequently heard the crew members thanking customers for coming in. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I reapected the fact that Justin was the first guy in the line even though he was the boss (I ended up telling him so). I recommend Zupas in general, and especially this particular location and its crew (there were other crew members there; I'm sure they were great, but I didn't interact with them). Thank y'all for making my experience excellent.
This was good food and plenty of it! We got a sandwich and a half cup of soup. There was enough to take home half of the sandwich. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and very fast. Their rolls are delicious!
I’ve been to this Zupas a few times and it was always up to standard. Placed a catering order for pick up on Friday. 2 hours before my scheduled pick up I got a text saying my food was ready. I was working and could not pick it up.
I get there at the time I scheduled and suddenly my food wasn’t ready, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. One of the workers trashed talk the worker making my food to me which I found unprofessional.
Finally got the food and everyone enjoyed it. However about 4-6 hours after eating the pesto chicken I had extreme gastrointestinal distress and ended up being violently sick for two days straight. I won’t be back sadly.
My family eats at this location at least once a week. The reason is not just the food but the people. Justin is the manager at this location. He goes way above and beyond for the customers. His crew does the same. They are great! Always really friendly and kind. They remember our names and even our orders. We really appreciate all of the people that work there. Thank you!
David and Irene were great. Irene was wonderful and offered us samples of everything. They made us feel like royalty in there.. and they also offered to clean up our table as well. Everyone working today deserves a gold star and a raise!!
I appreciate they have healthier options like the bowls. However I did a pickup order and half the meat was just a glob of fat, there also weren’t many veggies. 90% of the soups are cream based. Some healthier options and less cutting corners would make this spot worth a repeat
Website wasn't working to place an online order so I had to go place it there.
There was a new guy that was being trained because clearly he had no idea what to do and kept asking for help to two other ladies that instead of helping him they were too busy gossiping in Spanish about their lives. (I speak Spanish) that's how I know they were gossiping. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and the chicken was over the bread ????♀️. Horrible horrible food presentation and service.
They should focus on their jobs instead of gossiping.
Such good food and a really great atmosphere, I recall Marcus was helping me and recommended the lobster bisque and it was sooooo delicious he was so kind and friendly, also way patient with me and all my questions thanks a ton!! Such great staff with great attitudes. I will be coming back again and trying something new
