I had 2 mobile mechanics come and try to figure out the issue .. still nothing. Took it to heritage Cadillac for almost two weeks they could not figure it out. Brought my car here to Randy and the issue was fixed in literally a day or two. They ended up doing some other work that needed to be done and got everything done for only $600 compared to what I spent trying to figure out the problem. I will be back ! He, and his entire team, have been my go-to for 25+ years and I wouldn’t trust my maintenance and repairs to any other business. His long-term staff is also very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Randy has kept two of my vehicles running smoothly and reliably with no follow-up adjustments necessary. From oil changes to engine installations, they have truly gone above and beyond with their exceptional care. I have found them reliable and ethical as well as reasonably priced. Very unlike other local Cadillac dealers. If you are looking for stellar service with honest business practices and want to be treated like family, your journey to locate someone just ended. Randy put a transmission I order in my car in March, its December now and my transmission is skipping. So I have a 3 year warranty on the transmission, I ask him did you do everything needed to be Done before installing the transmission, he said no all I payed for was to get transmission installed I'm like wow I paid $750 to get my transmission installed that should include everything that needs to be done. Long story short now I can't get my warranty. The funny thing is he said you should told him there a warranty on my transmission last u didn't pay for that service Mr. Randy is money hungry I suggest u not go get your car service there if so make sure he doing everything he supposed to do for your vehicle.

I been going there for years with my Fleetwood they will fix it for a high dollars and it only last a couple months then when you call them about it they tell you it’s your fault but when you bring it in they have to replace it under warranty for free. But you will have to take it back again for the same problem. They fixed my a/c 2 times now and it’s back making noise again. And they fixed it with TAPE. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH RANDY

Randy and his whole team know what they are doing and are very skilled at diagnosing problems and repairing them. Carol is very knowledgeable and does a great job of communicating progress on more involved work. They do quality work at reasonable prices! Randy and his team have even been able to find and repair problems that dealerships couldn't. They have been keeping my high milage cars running reliably for many many years. Several of my friends are now happy customers as well!

I quit going to capital cadillac for poor service. A friend recommended Randy's and after 2 visits I have yet to be disappointed. They called me to explain what they found and how much it would cost. Now my car drives so much better. I am so grateful for an honest business. Thank you!
