Best WLM Reviews
Best mechanics around. Ken saved my car, Junior kept me well informed all the way through. They even managed to get me a deal for my parts to keep my costs down!
Ken and junior are both very kind and willing to work with you, slowly explaining the issues at hand. And will never over charge you only tell you what could be done but can also wait. They’ll never try to up charge. Solid guys all around 100% never taking my babies into anywhere else.
These guys are awesome!! We were in the area for a hockey tournament from Erie PA and had a really bad brake issue. Even though they didn't have any openings they squeezed us in! We called them on a Friday night at 4:30... and they had our car done by 9:45 Saturday morning! Incredibly nice staff (JR.) And owner. I wish this shop was in Erie so we could use them all the time. Thanks again guys!
The only place I trust to bring my car to. Awesome staff and great work !
Going on a long trip and wanted a check up for the car. They did a thorough review and could have loaded up on the work needed. Instead they gave a true, realistic list of recommendations, some needed to be fixed before the trip and some they said weren't bad yet but to keep an eye on.
Was recommended this place by a friend who has been going there for 25 years. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I too will now recommend!
What an incredible body shop!! I was referred to C&K by some friends and was blown away by the work that they did on my car. They were incredibly fair in their pricing, and explained everything that my car needed thoroughly. The best part is that they finished the work in a very timely manner. I have always put off getting work done on my car because I worried about unfair pricing or being without a car for a long time, but now that I’ve found C&K, I don’t have to worry about those issues! I have told my friends and family to go to C&K for all things auto.
Ken is a very trustworthy and reliable mechanic. I usually have an idea what's wrong with my car when I bring it in, and he usually ends up agreeing with me without me telling him my thoughts. When I'm wrong, he still explains something that makes sense. They have never tried to upsell me on anything and only fixes what I ask for.
