Best WLM Reviews
I can only say good things when it comes to working with C & D Automotive. My car was involved in a hit and run accident that was unexpected and devastating. C & D Automotive made the bad hit and run a little bit more bearable. They were efficient, fast, and extremely communicative throughout the whole process. I highly suggest their services as well as them having trust in their customers. Thanks again!
C&D auto had good reviews and they could get us in before any of the other body shops in the area, so my husband and I decided to given them a shot. They did get us in right away but it took a long time for our car to actually get done. The wait was not the issue. Once we received our car back, we noticed that there were grease hand prints all over the interior of the car. Not only that but there were paint flakes all over the inside of the windows that makes it look like permanent dust. Those were annoying but the real issue came later. Only a month later and the paint job started to chip. We called the company on numerous occasions and they promised to get back to us, but never did. My husband finally went in to the shop and was able to schedule a time to drop our car off to get the paint touched up. When he arrived for the appointment, the guy who was supposed to fix the paint job was not there and he was not answering his phone. We wish that we had waited for one of the more professional body shops. It might have taken longer, but there is a reason why they have a wait list and this place doesn't. Other's seems to have had a good experience but we did not.
Amazing shop! The guys are the best! They are always timely and efficient, for an amazing price too. They basically brought my car back from the dead, a few times. If you’re looking for a great mechanic at a great price, C&D are the guys to always go to!
These guys are AWESOME! In the last year they have fixed my CV axels, brakes and rotors, water pump, serpentine belt, oil changes, etc. Not only is their work always phenomenal, but they beat the prices I’ve been quoted at other mechanics every single time! They’ve very responsive and a great choice if you need work done!
My go to place for all of my car needs!! Dugan & Cody are very friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. The service was prompt and pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend C & D Automotive
Had my BMWs bumper and hood painted here with no issues. Cody is super easy to work with and gives great prices. Recommend to all my friends.
Update: took some more parts here from my motorcycle this time and after explicitly telling the owner one of them was NOT supposed to be painted and only used as a reference they painted both and figured they didn't need to tell me. I only found out after I picked it up and realized they didn't look right. The owner did offer me money to buy a replacement after I asked him to do so. Then to fix the mistake on the other parts they "generously" offered me a discounted rate as opposed to fixing the problem they caused and that I already paid for. Communication is horrible but Cody is a nice guy. The shop just caused unnecessary problems. Lastly, I took the same part (exhaust cover) to another paint shop and they pointed out a lot of imperfections done and left by C&D.
I had a great first impression and experience with this crew. They all came out to check on a couple of broken bolts I had on my vehicle door and offered the best solution on how to remove it without damaging anything. They were very professional and straight to the point. I’m even planning on going back for some actual mechanical work needed. Highly recommend.
These young gentlemen are wonderful! They fixed one of my issues in the first 30 seconds of just looking at my vehicle to give me an estimate???????????????? They are very kind and helpful. I should be getting the work completed on my vehicle in a faction of the time it would take for other places to even schedule my repairs. I highly recommend C&D Automotive ⭐️
