Great small town diner breakfast! Everything is made with love and quality. Very typical café menu with tons of options for ways to combine traditional breakfast favorites. Very reasonably priced too!
This was called an omelet, 3 people sit & order , last order came out after other 2 finished eating. Both other orders asked for eggs over easy, they were not. Service was horrible . When last order said he asked for sausage links & got smoked sausage was told that's what we have & she walked away. He tried getting her attention 3 times before he said he only wanted the pancakes he wasn't paying for what he didn't order, they sent a male out that came up in our faces that didn't want to hear what we had to say. Definitely didn't have his Covid space in order let alone personal space.
We have been here several times, evidently the kids were working rather than the regular staff cause the food & service was not what we have seen in the past. Usually tip well but not for poor service /food
A wonderful Country Kitchen. Arrived In time for Sunday Brunch and everything was great. Pot Roast, Fried chicken, 3 kinds of farm style bread, Pot Pie, and the desert table was glorious. A friendly and enjoyable experience all around!
Great selections, quick going through the buffett lines, plenty to eat!
It's a little country Cafe. I had a patty melt on dark rye bread. It was delicious.
Great hometown restaurant if your passing through Sabetha, KS. Warm and friendly staff. We had breakfast and it disappoint. The pancakes were excellent and hardy.
We were pretty disappointed at Buzz Cafe.
The kids liked their chicken strips and fries. The burgers had some pink to them (which we like) but were somehow dry. I wasn't a fan of my French dip and my onion rings were like eating a bunch of grease. The sweet tea was good but did have a lemon taste to it, so if you don't like lemon in your tea, you might not like it. Our burger was missing the bacon we asked for and the other had everything on it when we asked for plain.
Our waitress was maybe new or shy but we weren't super impressed. She didn't come back and check on us at all, she didn't refill drinks at all.
The cafe is cute though. Loved that there was a changing table in the restroom.
One star is probably to many. We were treated horribly we had my children and my elderly mother in law walked in everybody stared at us like we were aliens went to sit down 20 minutes later not on employee acknowledged us. They walked by and took care of everybody else but I guess if your from out of town don't go to the buzz they don't want new customers. Unbelievable they even manage stay open with the horrible service they provide!!! We won't be back and I will make sure to tell anyone who asks me about them just how rude they are!
