I had the crispy potato tacos plate for the Wednesday special. It was only $8.99! And it was very good. I definitely will be going back because I love how they have the entire menu with a picture and prices making it easy.
Been going here for over 3 years and I've only had 1-2 problems but this time im done with this place. I ordered a shrimp taco and a bean and cheese burrito the shrimp was raw and they said that's how its made, im guessing they want you to get sick? And the burrito i was given was not even wrapped well at all when I asked for another tortilla he said 11 dollars, almost double the price pf the burrito itself, and he laughed when i said im just going to return it then. And said you guys must really hate our food huh? Im not sure of he does not understand English well but if your working at a fast food place at least know the simple stuff.
I normally don't have an issue with this place. I ordered food online from this location but I walked to the other location off el cajon Blvd on accident. So I started walking all the way back towards the correct one, called and asked if it could be re-made because it's been sitting cooling down the whole duration of my walk and they said no. It's already made. I understand that this location error was my fault completely, however what would it hurt to provide a remake for me? They would have to waste it and pay another probably $1 in food costs to make a customer happy? Not worth it I guess. So ive just picked up my cold food. Not worth my 5 ⭐ that I think the food is all day long but restaurants service sadly sucks. I dont believe I'll return to this location again.
Guys be careful going to this place. There is a lady who will take your order through the drive through AND over charge. Mind you she does not speak English. This restaurant food is really trash. I gave the plate I bought to a homeless man
The food is super good at Burritos Santana. The only negative thing is that there is usually a long wait in the drive thru. They take their time and make quality food. They do have a walk up window too. I just discovered they are open 24 hrs.
I rolled through the drive thru for a chimichanga...surprised when I got it (it looked imax sized) tasty but seemed empty within. So I got a birria taco, surprised it was almost $4 for 1... and it really wasn’t good. The attendant was friendly though (so I didn’t feel empty within...only remained a hungry man)

Changing my four stars to none. Ordered a shrimp taco and the shrimp was raw inside. I came back and told them, they said that's how they make it I should have asked for it well done.
The time before last their watered down beans had a big price of hard something. They returned my money. I've been coming here for years sadly it's gone down hill and the service as well.
The worst (carne asada) quesadilla I've ever had...from anywhere. Not only were they burnt, there's no cheese! Hubby said his carne asada burrito was fine so I'm giving 3 stars. But this makes two times in a row that I'm disappointed with Santana's (also the worse breakfast burrito ever). There won't be a third opportunity.
