Guy working is so miserable and so is his food. Rarely has anything listed on the menu. Shlops however much he wants on a burrito and barely rolls it
So sad, this place used to be soo good. Went in today, rice was old and undercooked. The guy was on his phone the whole time, I asked for no beans and he put them on. They were out of guacamole. Sad.
Avoid. I’m very surprised this place has a rating above 4. The guy working is extremely rude and talks on his bluetooth the entire time. Doesn’t take any pride in making food for customers. Piles a bunch of stuff on top and fails to roll the burrito closed. Looks like a salad bar on top of a tortilla. He’ll also ask what you want but ignores what you say and puts everything on it. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Fig Tree, amazing food and service.
Never consistent anymore. The chicken is overcooked and the rice is undercooked. Use to be great but not anymore.
Food was ok EXTREMELY SALTY. Steak was questionable. Id recommend carnitas if anything. Read a few other reviews and id have to agree the guy working is miserable. Didnt speak anything to me just walked up stared and i told him what i wanted. All he said was Rice and beans? Mabe a hello hows it going how can i help you.
The level of sodium/salt is absurd and needs to change. Never had anything so salty in my life. Food would be amazing otherwise. Never experienced a salt hangover until today and i love salt but this is dangerous levels of salt
The place is awesome... If you're nearby and need some lunch, definitely check it out.
Sometimes they run out of ingredients towards the end of the day, but I don't even care. It's so great to have a good burrito / taco / and (epic) quesadilla spot in my neighborhood.
Make sure to tip, they deserve it.
Unexpected hidden gem. Great value for quality and size of an authentic burrito. Go early, later in the day options are limited.
