My water pump went out and they replaced it in a timely manner.Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place for quick estimate and services are great. A team that are very traditional and classic and treat you like family. My whole family comes here when we need anything. For every car I had, from a Saturn to Ford, they will take care of you to the best of their ability. As far as the owner going to pick up tires from the next town over. I have no complains. Cash only place as well.
James, and his crew, are such a blessing,I can not even express the gratitude for what he does for his customers ,a true gem.If you need any work done on your vehicle, rest assure he is honest and will fix your vehicle without the headaches and worries, He fixed my brother's truck and my car very reasonable.Do not go anywhere else.
Burkett had my vehicle for 3 weeks to put cv axles and tie rods in the front. After finally getting it back, every time I turned my wheel tight I heard a bad scraping noise. Took it somewhere else and had them check to see why and found out that Burkett and his workers put the tie rods in backwards. What professional mechanic does that?? Had the other place put them on right and got another front end alignment. Burkett will hemhaw you around and not fix it right. Be careful if you let him work on your vehicle. He also will not give you a sales receipt even tho all he accepts is cash. He will string you along and keep your vehicle alot longer than needs be. I will not be going back and do not recommend him. I had took my vehicle to him to let him know they were on backwards and he would not look at it or fix it. That's why I had the place that found it out, fix it.
I give them no stars it took weeks to get my car back and when I did they still haven't fixed everything and on top of it I gave them a lil additude about it and while at his shop my windshield got busted and he said I must have had a rock hit my window. All in all worst service ever. Wouldn't recommend at all.
James Burkett his honest is straight up honest won't do work that doesn't need to be done never had a complaint with any work he has done for me
Very helpful and nice people. But they didn't tell me til after the work was done I had to pay cash only so that was the only bad part
Charles is a great mechanic and always does a great job.
