Just came here after the Rail Show at the Prime Osborne. The food was good. Everything came out quickly, with efficiency, and was absolutely amazing. My little brother came awhile ago, and I was inspired by him to try it. I only took a star off for food because I ordered a burger without tomato and lettuce, but when I got it it had those on it. That's my only complaint. Other than that, it was good. I like the choice of music. I recommend it highly.
The culinary offerings at this establishment are of exceptional quality, with their fries and burgers being particularly noteworthy. Regrettably, I have not had the opportunity to sample their custards or smoothies, as they are consistently sold out, which is a testament to their popularity. The service provided is commendable, offering various convenient ordering options, including online, digital in-store ordering, and traditional face-to-face ordering. The ambiance of the establishment is pleasant, featuring comfortable décor and clean seating arrangements.
Burgers are an absolute hit every single time. Tried the chicken weeks last week and they are now in my top 3 favorite. First time having wine in a can and it was quite delicious.
The parking was a nightmare at lunchtime, but the cheeseburger and fi sauce were excellent. Onion rings were pretty good, but the onions were small, and there was a ton of batter. Facility was very clean, organized, and well kept. My sisters Cajun fries were very good. The staff was very polite and friendly and the food came out fast. I will definitely go back.
It's really just an okay-ish fast food burger with a cheap bun and a paper-thin patty but for some reason just the burger is $10? The onion rings are $5.99 for an order with just 5 rings, and if you want more sauce on your burger (because I could barely taste it), they charge $.75 for a little sauce cup ????
Two stars because the staff was actually pretty friendly, even though they seem kinda understaffed.
I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.
Finding plant-based options is a must.
BurgerFi riverside Jax has beautiful outside seating and serves beyond burgers and Gluten free buns. It was a great option on a Saturday afternoon.
Great for vegans and meat eaters.
Had a good lunch with my family. Jamese was very insightful and helpful I didn’t know much about the menu since it’s been some time since I’ve dined here
Otw to JAX airport felt hungry and Jamese at burgerfi was incredibly helpful in eating us, and trying to make a decision over what to eat. She was prompt and ready to assist us along with checking in on us during our visit. I’ve been to other burgerfi in the past, and feel as though this one was very clean, and had excellent customer assistance mad props to Jamese for the immaculate service. The food was also very excellent crispy and cooked just right without being undercooked or overcooked.
