Best WLM Reviews
We’re visiting here from CA and stopped because it was close to the hotel. Service with Sam was nice and burger was well made. We got the urban fries that were good but I think next time we’ll ask for the garlic aioli on the side. Large sized fries were enough for 2 people to share.
Food is always good but service here is horrible how do you wait almost 40 minutes for a veggie burger and a fry ???? several families came in after me was served while I was still waiting for a burger and a fry. The fries were old and full of grease which is almost impossible when you just served several families who came in after me how can the fries be old.
Please do better!
Came to try it out. Man should I have read the reviews first because when people are complaining about the service here, believe them because the service was horrible. Waited 30min to be seated even tho they were multiple empty tables. Once I was seated waited 15min before anyone came over to ask if I wanted anything to drink. Once I placed my order of 2 burgers, 1 hot dog, small pizza and garlic nuts. I waited 1hr to recieve my garlic nuts. Then 15min later our food came out but they gave me 3 burgers and 1 hotdog. My wife then told them she never ordered a burger but a small pizza.... my wife just decided to eat the burger. They did discount the bill because of the mishap but it should of never happened or the 1hr+ wait on our food. It's a shame because the food is really really good and people should try it but I just can't with the service.
Very clean environment and food was absolutely delicious. Burgers are the best!! We also got chicken fingers and paired with the bbq sauce it’s amazing! Jay was very kind and attentive. Asked us if we like out food and if we need anything.
Great burgers! Best we’ve had in a while! Went here twice on our trip to Orlando. The employees were nice and their restaurant always had spots open for us to sit.
amazing! i love a good breakfast burger and i customized it with a fried egg but asked (Alejandro) to make it over easy and he did it perfectly. i received the burger and the first bite was an immaculate taste of the perfect seasonings. got full on just the burger it was that good. 10/10 would come here again.
We have been here a few times now and it always surprises me how quiet it is even though the food is great!
Sam was on shift today by himself, yet saw to all of the restaurant’s orders very quickly.
The burgers were constructed well, the fries hot and tasty and he brought it to our table even presented neatly on the tray.
Sam checked in on us during our visit twice, making sure we had everything we needed and to ensure we were happy with the food.
Sam clearly cares about the customer and does a great job.
This location still lacks a Coca Cola Freestyle machine despite the brand advertising it heavily.
These types of places don’t have much of an atmosphere, hence I rated that a little lower, but overall, it’s a great option for food. The burgers are always filling and have great taste alongside the fries.
The service we received was excellent. Thank you Sam!
Burger was fresh and delicious. Great quality! The fries were AMAZING!
