This restaurant wins! The food is delicious, fresh, plenty and cheap at the same time. They also have good sauces. Their ice cream is from another world. The service is excellent and fast. Great staff as well. I strongly recommend everyone to give this restaurant a shot.
This was our first time at Burger Shack. We drove up someone was cleaning the windows...I love when a spot has clean windows ????. My husband and I walked in the shack was clean, we were greeted and the woman began to take our order. Because we've never been there...we asked for suggestions...I think she'd never been asked that question due to her pause...but she said everything was good ???? I got the fisk basket and my husband got the fish sandwich ???? combo. They have crinkle cut fries ???? and that good ice...(if you know you know). Everything came timely and hot! The fries were delicious ???? my husband finished his and he is NOT a fry guy. Lol ???? If you're local it's worth the drive! We enjoyed this spot????????????.
So I've been here 3 times now. I've only ordered the burger combo, but that's what I've been searching for since moving up here from socal 10 years ago. Unfortunately, this isn't my replacement place either. And I'll probably only come back to this place for their ice. IYKYK. But this last time is what sealed their fate. I asked for a burger combo NO CHEESE. I'm just one who does not like cheese on burgers. Its partly my fault that I didn't check before I left the drive thru, but the gentleman who took my order repeated it back to me as I ordered it, amd im oaying 15$ for this combo, so if inorder it a certain way, i shouldnt HAVE to worry about it being right. From there, it's on the chef to make the order right.
Interaction is great, attitude, etc. Buuut I should be able to get my order made correctly. Especially if I'm ordering drive thru, I'm not driving all the way back to say "hey, I asked for no cheese" So I just ate the French fries and enjoyed my soda and my favorite ice.
Burger Shack came up on my Google search and had to give them a try. There used to be a different business called Dairy Heaven but didn’t get the chance to try them out before they closed…. with that said here’s my review in regards to food, service and restaurant location.
Inside is nice and roomy with seating for about 30-40 people I’m guessing.
Location is good but the only drawback is that they’re a little tucked back from the main road and can easily be missed.
Parking is wide open but not many marked parking spaces. Restroom is old and outdated and looks kind of nasty in my opinion (they definitely need to remodel the restroom) add new sink, toilet, floors and paint… max $1500-2000 cost.
Now onto the food and that’s where they rock!!!
The burgers are big and very delicious.
Fries are pretty good and they have a good selection of milkshakes.
Service was excellent and the owner is very nice and welcoming.

Everytime I have eaten here the food has been amazing. The buns are soft, the meat is juicy, and the sauce is out of this world. Stop supporting big chain burger places with dry hamburgers, and support local! I usually don't like burgers all that much, but I find myself craving this place every week!
Their food is great, sauce is fantastic, and the workers are nice. Great spot to visit!
This is a burger joint and in that context it's a great restaurant. First of all their prices and portions are better than anyone around . They have excellent fries and chicken burgers and the milkshakes are better than anywhere around. We were really pleasantly surprised. Also the customer service is great- it's not your usual burger spot in that regard- the guys working there are really sweet/ hard working!
