Honestly I haven't been a fan of BK in a while, but I love this particular restaurant. Food is always fresh, they accommodate my specific burger order (whopper Jr w/chz, onion rings & BBQ sauce) and I like that they have a bunch of real plants inside. The cook and the one employee that seems to always be there, who I assume is the manager, are great. Thanks guys
Man, I haven't had BK in years. After tonight's visit, I see why. Placed a mobile order with pickup through the drive thru. Gave the person my info, they say to pull up to the 2nd window. I pull up, I realize I made a mistake on the order on the drink, and I tried getting the guys attention. He doesn't acknowledge me. I start waving, saying sir, he never gives any indication that he sees me waving or hears me. Finally, I say sir loudly, he opens the window and says, ma'am I'm trying to work on an order. I was like okay, I made a mistake on the drink and wanted to let you know before you pour the drink. He says okay and closes the window. Whatever, fine. The drink will be fixed and they won't waste product. Wrong! The soda flavor was way off and it mainly tasted like seltzer water. I ended up pouring it out when I got home. Ordered a combo of a small fry, whopper, chicken wrap, a Hershey pie and the soda. The fries were extremely stale, not hot, and honestly, just hard to eat. The Hershey pie was warmer than the fries were! I don't know how it's possible, but in the 2 minutes it took to get where we were going, the food was cold. The chicken wrap might as well have been called a cold tortilla with a heaping amount of mayo and hints of chicken.
I was better off spending $20 for a hot dog at the portillos next door.
Absolute WORST experience! Ordered food at the drive thru and the gentleman heard the incorrect order, I waited almost 10 minutes for my food and then realized I received the incorrect order. I then went inside; the worker was extremely rude and took the food back and put it on the bar for the next order. This also isn't the first time they've given me the wrong food.
This Burger King was very light and open. The manager was very friendly & catered to our needs. Food was very fresh and is now my favorite Burger King to go to❤️❤️
My husband and I went in to grab a bite. The Mexican worker refused to say hello. I said hello , he ignored me. I said hello again , he said hold on. I asked if he were too busy to greet customers and he had the audacity to say yes. He was rude , and we will never visit this location again.
When people come in and don't know how to do something on the app, you should be helping them instead of just shrugging your shoulders and letting them fumble through it themselves. And you definitely shouldn't be laughing at them with the next customers especially when they can still hear you. And when you go wipe a table, wash your hands before going back to food.
8:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. I was the only car in the Drive-Thru. It took them 10 plus minutes to get my food, which I received cold. Not even the cheese was melted on the burger, fries are warmer than the burger was. Which was cold as well. You can't even complain the corporate because the receipt wasn't even printed right.
I do not recommend this location to anybody.
Not very well maintained. They weren't busy at all and still got my order wrong. Wrong sandwich and side. Ordered a double whopper w/ cheese and onion rings. Got a regular whopper and fries. Who eats those dry disgusting fries? And the mozzarella sticks looked and tasted like they bought them from a discount grocery store. I love BK, but it's obvious they don't even try to hold their franchisees to the same standard McDonald's does and I don't like McD's food
