Best BK in the city. Food hot and fresh and fries were excellent and crispy. The food looks just like the pictures. Night crew on the other hand is slow, rude, doesn't listen to your order, loses your food to Uber eats and give you other people's food in line. Night crew needs management to step in and reevaluate some people's jobs positions if they can't do their job.
Went in at 7:55 pm ordered a whopper meal. Did not receive my order at 8:10 I asked about my meal. Was rudely told they were working on it. No one in the lobby and one two cars in the drive thru. At 8:22pm I had to ask for my money back. Last working the drive thru on Wednesday night was extremely rude. They could care less about their customers. Never will eat there again.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. We went thru drive thru, got one whopper, no onion no tomato and the staff laughed at us when we Said it was whopper Wednesday. A staff member name Melissa was very rude and short, especially when I took the sandwich back inside because it had onion and tomato on it. I'm allergic and she couldn't give a dang about it. She kept saying I didn't say no onion or tomato when I said 3x. They were also having a training in the dining room and when I took the sandwich back in she had a huge attitude and followed me out the store door trying to fight me!! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS SOMEONE NAMED MELISSA THERE. Her actions were out of line and the manager had to hold her back from assaulting me!!
OK I just left Burger King and the potato rounds were delicious but the biscuit was so hard that almost broke a tooth. well you get the point and then I tried to call the store and no answer. I think it's wrong that you're paying almost $10 for a meal to get a old burnt hard biscuit do better burger king.
I come here a lot. Service was very nice for it to be late tonight. The only 2 issues at had was nobody picked up when I called to let them know about what was wrong with my meal (not really to complain but only to let them be made aware) and 2. I had gotten the number 8 meal. I understand that the chicken was fried. I get that a fried piece of food will be crispy from the breading. The meat was the real issue. The actual texture of the meat was crunchy like it was raw almost. It was fully cooked, but the texture of the chicken was off-putting.
Server at the window was very kind and had really pretty eye makeup the day of my visit,???? however my family received food that was completely not fresh unfortunately.
My fries were cold not fresh I got my chicken sandwich dressed like a whopper the tomatoes was soggy like they been sitting there disgusting ???? worst experience ever I been getting my food fresh I don't know today was not it
Fries were cold the burger was good but everything else was a mess drinks were wrong gave us water instead of sprite that seems like a ripoff!
