My wife ordered a family meal thru drive thru, and she was given the wrong meal and did not know because the kids were crying. After arriving home, she noticed it was all wrong!! She called and filed a complaint and explained that she had ordered a specific meal cause of our daughter's allergy. They gave her a rain check for the next day, and we forgave them. We tried to get the order today, and MARITZA, the manager, said no. It is our fault for not checking the bag, and we have to pay the difference!!!
Maritza did not want to give her name to my wife, and I had to go find out her name.
Hopefully, corporate can forgive you tomorrow, Maritza. Cause giving wrong food to an allergy kid is not good at all. Specially for being the manager.
Just called to inform them that my daughter had an allergic reaction to their sausage and who ever I spoke to didn’t even care to address my concern. I only called inform in case there was any cross contamination but instead of saying “thank you we’ll make sure to clean the area just in case there was any contamination” he said “ no no we don’t mix egg with sausage.” Completely dismissing me. Rude. It’s easy to cross contaminate and if you don’t understand that you’re in the wrong industry.
Stopped in around 6:30 to grab a burger and fries to go. I asked for fresh fries and they had no problem making some for me. I was impressed with the service. Nice clean restaurant.
Order made just as I requested, we enjoyed our meals.
Always good food, wait times could be better. And cashiers could be more customer service friendly.
This is awful! Looks nothing near even close to the picture. One little cut in half piece of chicken. Don’t waste your time getting this!
Spot on service and consistent quality food. I've never had a bad Whopper. Don't forget to try BK onion rings with a little zesty sauce.
I stopped on my way up to Wisconsin. Ordered a whopper jr meal, no onions no ketchup, add bacon. Got zesty onion sauce for my fries. Ate my fries and stopped to input directions into gps. Opened burger and licked some sauce on my finger, ketchup. Yuck! Threw it away.
