We order delivery off their mobile app fairly often, and multiple times now have they made mistakes on our order, the app subs out to door dash, and between burger king and not being a member of door dash directly, there is ZERO capability to hold anyone accountable or get our money back for missing items from orders. Not just once or twice. It would actually be pretty remarkable if it wasnt so sad, how consistently they manage to make mistakes. Youd think by sheer random luck they could get 1 right in a day. This last time, the tag on my bag wasn't even correct, and a 8pc hot nuggets was totally missing
This is the worst Burger King in the whole country, the people that work here are clueless nasty, and I would not trust them with your food, literally Waited for 15 minutes without anyone taking my order and then get to the window to get their attention, and the girl is picking her nose. Never again. I’m still surprised This location continue to operate
Disgusted with food and unfriendly staff. Asked for extra extra crispy bacon - bacon looked raw (on both sandwiches). Went back to counter second time and politely explained the issue. Guy never apologized - I gave him the uncooked bacon and reiterated that I wanted extra crispy bacon. One minute later he handed me a bag with even less cooked bacon than the first! I couldn’t believe it. I just left it on the front counter when I saw it was virtually raw. Two times you can’t get it right? And attitude by staff unwelcoming. Would never return to this location.
The white lady was digging in her nose and eating it black hair with face piercing my cookies was mad hard tasted like the was made in the morning asked for some fresh they don’t have “any”
The biggest amount of idiocy ever at this place the whole place besides management should be re-staffed IMMEDIATELY!!. Anyone reading this go to schoenersville burger King way better experience and competent staff
Went to drive through at midnight and I was told they're only accepting doordash orders.... this establishment is ridiculous the owner should be ashamed for how this place is run.
Can't use broiler to cook burgers and then had an attitude when I wanted a refund instead of nuggets. Tables were clean, but floor had trash on it.
Ordered the new mushroom Swiss burger and it was horrible..the bread wasn't toasted and I had 1 lone mushroom piece the size of a dime. The bread was full of grease from the burger and it wasn't anything like the promo. I won't order another from this location.
