If you're hungry, and looking to grab a bite to eat late especially on a Saturday DO NOT COME HERE. How, on 4/20, does it seem plausible to close your store over 20 minutes early but still take online orders? You offer deals on the app for the holiday, close early, then have no way to refund anyone which leaves you to talk to a robot and wait 3-5 days for a refund. Watched 7 cars get turned away in less than 10 minutes. I live 3 minutes from this location and there is ALWAYS an issue. Management here is absolutely ATROCIOUS, the location is always dirty, and you'd be lucky to get the correct order. It's my fault really for giving this place a chance.
A magnificent Burger King location with managers and employees that care. I want to recognize Maria one of the managers at this location. Maria is a professional in the 1st degree. Maria is definitely an asset to the Burger King ???? franchise for sure. District manager for the area please recognize Maria. The other manager I don't have his name but he is very professional and all about customer satisfaction and knows the food industry. This manager is first-rate and I guess it's contagious at this Burger King because the employees there really care!!
Got out of my car to pick up a door dash order and got assaulted by an individual and the guy working working would not let me in the doors were locked and he just watched me get assaulted and would not help me ....great country we are becoming your setting a great example of what kind of people we now have to help us when we are having a emergency don't count on the guy working at burger king to open the door for you to get away from the dangerous individual that is attacking you IWILL NEVER ACCEPT ANOTHER ORDER FROM DOOR DASH FOR BURGER KING ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN ...AND TO THE GUY WORKING WHO WATCHED THE WHOLE THING JUST REMEMBER WHEN YOUR LUCK RUNS OUT WHO WILL B THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOUR HAVING AN EMERGENCY. DEFEND YOURSELF AND JUST REMEMBER THAT GUY YOU COULD HAVE HELPED THAT DAY!!!!
Did drive thru and ordered French toast sticks and bacon. Got to work and had sausage not bacon. Asked if they had hot chocolate, he replied "yes, we have coffee". Really tired of language issues at drive thrus and orders filled incorrectly. Not to mention $12 for the privilege of having order screwed up. Called the store and no answer after many rings.
I hadn't been to this Burger King since they closed the K-Mart. It was different from what I remembered. Ms Marcelena dropped my order as requested fries and chicken sandwiches. They are smaller now but it was good.
Good service. Good food served fresh. Tastes good to me. I don't have to figure out what to fix or clean up the dishes afterwards.
I ordered a bacon cheese burger with NO sauce, I got a chicken sandwich. Also asked for Dr pepper and got coke . Asked if they gave me coke and I was lied to. I showed them what I ordered on the phone/ recipt then still got the hamburger with no bacon and extra sauce !!! Why do I waste time . And why Pay people who place the order wrong and yet when you go in to have it corrected they still mess up an order that has ALLERGIES!!!!!!!! I will never return to this company EVER!!!!!
Tonight I ordered the two for 5 whopper jr and chicken wrap with hersheys pie and it was delicious
Best of all the drive thru specialist was great, cool and quick.
