Went the to get the 2 whopper jr deal to go, which I ordered with bacon. When I got home, neither had bacon on them. The receipt showed I ordered bacon, and each sandwich had a slip showing that they had bacon. It was all I ordered. How hard is it to get that order right. Never again. This isn't the first time they screwed up an order on me.
Food was so good....there was a guy that went straight to sleep in the dinning area after eating his combo! ????
My food was hot. Moon was professional.

Listen I come here frequent because it's next to my house. This day March 20, 2024 whoever yall had back there slangging burgers at 815 needs paid. Normally the food here is mehhh normally been sitting around fries. This man handed out a FAMILY BUNDLE all 6 burgers literally looked like the menu. I've never seen someone at fast good slang a menu picture. Fries hot and fresh. Keep that quad on.
Went here last night 2/5/24 around 6:15 pm. The drive-thru wasn't busy, but it took about 6 minutes to get the food after it was paid for (ordered 2 whopper combos, 1 cheeseburger, 1 double cheeseburger and 8 piece nuggets). The soda that comes with the combo is slightly bigger than the value size now. After we left the drive-thru, my fiance said she wanted 2 cheeseburgers and another soda. I went inside and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a large soda and paid at 6:28 pm. I noticed all of the cooks had short to medium beards with no beard nets on. The cook making the burgers reminded me of the sloths from the movie Zootopia with how incredibly slow he was. He needed to keep looking at the ingredient sheets for EVERY burger he was making and he seemed like he was out of it. After 10 minutes of waiting for 2 cheeseburgers, I asked if they could bring the 2 burgers out to the car so I could eat my previously ordered food and I was told that I had to wait inside. I finally got the 2 cheeseburgers after waiting nearly 15 minutes for them inside. The total amount of burgers the cook made in that time-frame, counting the 2 cheeseburgers I ordered, was 6 and the meat was already made and in the trays waiting to get used! Service was super slow and it wasn't busy at all. I asked 2 other customers if they'd been waiting long and was told by them that they placed their order before leaving to go there and they'd been waiting nearly 20 minutes since getting there for a couple of whoppers. If you have time to kill and don't mind waiting 20 minutes for a burger or 2 and you don't mind possibly getting beard hair in your food, go here. Otherwise, there's a much better Burger King by Capital City Mall.
Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was absolutely raw in the center. Took 2 bites (thankfully the outer edge was cooked) and then saw the raw center and spit it out so hopefully I don’t get sick. This is 100% unacceptable.
Burgers were overcooked, got double cheeseburgers which are now double the price of mcdonalds, asked for bbq sauce and was told it would be an extra 30 cents per packet now. Guess I'll only being going to McDs if I want a fast food burger now.
The Lemoyne BK has been **s l o w l y** improving over the past year. They still have a LOT to do to make their rating higher than 2 stars (up from 1 star a year ago!) Expect a VERY LONG drive thru wait time, along with missing ordered items, and overly salted fries... But still, it IS a very small improvement from last year.

TACOS!! No. NO. NO!!!
Was excited to try their new Taco release... This is what I got. Very disturbing and extremely disgusting! Between the lack of quality in both the food and the employees, I truly believe Burger King has hit an all time low!!
