It's Burger King ???? but as they advertised, they fulfilled a promise of quick good yummy food theyl way I wanted it. A whoppers can be incredibly tasty. And mine was. The service was prompt and well FAST.
Nothing's perfect... Not ignore the elephant in the room though: the fries suck. No flavor. Kinda like potato card board cut out them fry. Between the coating on it(why,?) and how they cook them, they are unenjoyable and tasteless.. over processed and under cooked. Just. Disappointment. I'm giving Burger King kudos for dumping the creepy king too. And the menu variety over all is good. They need a lesson from McDonald's though on how to make French fries. Theirs come out tasting like a fried potato rich and yummy delicious and hot with the right texture and the right balance of salt of everything. And the right price!!.
BK makes great dessert, shakes & more. McDonald's Burger King shake or traditional restaurant shake. Overall you can't go wrong going to this Burger King in Moses lake. The locals do a good friendly job. I'm going back . Have some better fries guys. More crispy and golden and take the batter off the outside... And I'll be there.
Oh boy this is going to be long. This place has never gotten my order correct, one time I didn’t have to either go back and get it corrected or toss it and usually I just toss it. Why do I keep going back, hoping they get it right hoping they can earn back trust. I’ve called corporate on this franchise location and was given a $25 dollar gift card. I started keeping track about six visits ago and in that time they’ve gotten my order correct ONCE. Bacon double cheeseburger plain. That’s it super simple. This time it had pickles and mustard on it, so I had to pull around and go in and get it fixed, what’s the point of drive through if you have to go inside anyways. Fast food wants a “living wage” but they suck so bad they can’t earn it.
Rarely do I give out 5 Star reviews, however I visit this location at least twice a month on my way through and the service is always top notch. Employees at this location are so nice and they have never messed up my order. Food is always fresh! Please keep doing what you're doing, because you are doing it right!
The food was good and I have no issues with meals that were ordered. What I have an issue with is the fact I was lied to about a simple drink they have- a drink that isn't commonly bought and this burger king is the only place in town I can find this specific soda- but instead of just taking the time to go look for the right buttons to press on the machine they argued with me about them "not having it". I hope Burger King enjoys their staff arguing with the customers because that was what was represented as the business.
Food as expected, timely, good service. Dining area clean. Only downside was no diaper changing station in either bathroom.

The menu changed while we were ordering and I asked if we would still be getting breakfast but our order was a mix of lunch and breakfast and I didn't have the time to deal with it. Awful.
Cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in a restaurant. The food arrived quickly and good fast food quality. We're traveling, so not regular patrons.
