Stopped for lunch with a couple friends. I decide to use the mobile app and at least earn some points. Unfortunately my food set there (despite checking in and getting my drink cup) while seven other people who arrived and ordered after I checked in got there food. Then when I complained that my food was sitting there getting cold, the manager guy said I it won't get cold sitting there. Sir, those fries were definitely cold and definitely not as good as when hot....
Today as I was enjoying my food with my family I couldn't help but notice a middle aged man yelling and belittling a young black female worker and I couldn't be more irritated by what I witnessed... The worker couldn't be anymore nice, patient and professional. Shout out to her
You wait on long lines on the drive-through such that your food is cold and soggy by the time you reach the pick-up window. Ordering in-person means that the underpaid overstressed cashier (who also seems to handle drive-through orders simultaneously) hurriedly takes your order through your mask, her mask and 2” of hanging plexiglass (‘Rona-proof sneeze shield), which insures that some details will be missed. Other than all that, peachy!
Apparently they're not equipped to handle a dinner rush (I use the term "rush" loosely) as they pushed everyone through the drive thru just to line them up in front of the store while the food came out at a snails pace. Frequently have a poor experience at this location, but this is the last straw. Will not be returning.
Food is delicious but the service is AWFUL. Always seems as though every time we ever order, we never receive all of our items that we pay for.
Last time we went was for breakfast and the one in Poughkeepsie was closed at 9:30 am, so we called the Burger King in Fishkill and got a manager with a major attitude and was very unprofessional... we asked if they were serving breakfast and if we can order on the phone... she told me we had plenty of time and we could not order on the phone but to just come. My husband and son went to Fishkill from Poughkeepsie and they stopped serving breakfast... the associate at the front allowed us to get whatever was “left over” from breakfast but didn’t have much choices and didn’t have many items left. We paid for our food, took it home and we were missing more than half of our order. They would not reimburse us or make anything to compensate the paid missing items.
Love Burger King but not the stores or associates.
Stopped by after some fun bday activities for a quick delicious meal and the staff went above and beyond to surprise my girls with a happy birthday song and treats!! Always a great atmosphere and warm welcoming here!!
Great staff and fresh food. No complaints ????
Burger seem thinner and smaller than the bun. Can't taste that flamed broiler taste anymore .
