One pack of ketchup per meal? Seriously? Then when asked for a few more packets I’m told it cost.
Got to the office oppened the oj to start my morning and bam mold. Really need to fix there cleanliness before I eat there again if ever.
Absolutely horrible service. They are unbelievably slow. We waited 20 minutes for food with nobody in the restaurant or drive thru! The manager kept giving my toddler dirty looks, which any toddler having to wait on food is already difficult, but especially when it’s unreasonably long. That is not a me or my toddler issue, that is a restaurant efficiency issue. They acted like it was inconvenient to get us ketchup for our food. We thought that was a one time bad experience and tried the drive thru and waited 45 minutes to get food! We sat without moving at all for a solid 15. Terrible service. The lady running the drive thru was very sweet. Needs new management and definitely work on efficiency.
Just got a simple breakfast for me and the food was fresh
Absolutely terrible. Chicken sandwiches way overcooked, like sawdust from previous day. Friend ordered 2, refused to eat the other. Regular burgers also dry & lifeless. Worst burgerking I've ever paid for. No refund either.
Have you seen the kitchen and some of the food is pretty disgusting the freezer and the back that's just terrible none of its clean and terrible service there's somebody there that's named I'm not gonna say but she thinks she's nice but she's not
Where to begin. This Burger King has given me many problems in the past and I was really hoping that with new management things would change for the better but the complete opposite has happened. After have taken a bite of my sandwich I discovered mold on the back. I addressed it with the staff and manager there and they were very kind and professional about the matter, but I will NEVER return again.
