Came in to grab a to go order. The person taking orders at the counter, was also taking orders for the drive through, so I had to wait a minute or two to place my order. The person at the counter was friendly and courteous. It didnt take long for to get my food.
While I was getting my drink, one of the employees restocking the napkins was kind enough to get me a lid for my drink.
Overall, though brief, I had a great experience getting my food.
I go here when craving a shake. But everytime Ive gone for the past 6 months "their machine is down". I either have the worst luck ever or they haven't fixed their machine for almost half a year. Sucks because before that they had imo the best shakes in a pretty big radius.
My go-to place for on-base breakfast drive-thru at Ft. Meade. You can't go wrong with their 2 for $5 breakfast croissant sandwiches! The staff is always friendly and smiling... a nice thing to see as you start your day!
Their breakfast sandwiches are always really good and the people working there are always super nice. I haven't tried the coffee in a while but it always used to be really bad. If they could get that figured out they'd be dynamite!
Everytime I've been here the order is wrong. Missing food, wrong sandwich, the veggie burger has added cheese/ mayo( asked for none to make vegan), the other sandwhich added lettuce etc etc. It's always something. Food normally cold and had been sitting
One of The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to every Time I come to this location they never have Burgers
And I truly understand thing’s happened but Today was just unacceptable I ordered eight piece nugget a small sweet tea and two chocolate chip cookies I wasn’t thinking to check my food as I normally would at any fast food I eat at And I really Felt like I didn’t have to because the young lady that took my order was very nice! Fast forward I goes to eat my cookies and they are rock hard ???? mind you I’m on my break and can’t go back so I called and talk to a young lady and let her know I’ll be back after work she tells me that all the cookies are like that which was over baked and they didn’t have any to replace which is unacceptable I’ve been in Food service for over 15 years those cookies should have not been sold!! And Burger King will never get my money again
Food is good. People are friendly and respectful. 10/10
They always add cheese whether you want it or not, though.
