This morning I had to repeat more order due to apple music being played loudly over intercom then I asked the drive thru is my double sausage biscuit in here ? Oh yes he said, nope it wasn't so had to turn around and go in. I was made to feel like I was bothering them .. so I get home throw the hash browns in air fryer I think they were from yesterday's breakfast same with the sausage patties. Then my wife's sandwich cold and two crumbled pieces of bacon... 18$ for that garbage. Never again!
Worst experience ever. Went inside, all the employees were arguing amongst themselves loudly. Every order was either missing something or they didn't know how to make, didn't even know how to use the cash register. No management in sight, no training. This could be a major health hazard. All employees were very rude and nasty, last time I will ever go there. Apparently it was all employees on staff this evening first day. No training whatsoever. They were at each other's throat. Orders were given away for free to random people walking in.
Horrible, if you want good hot food DO NOT come here. This place is horrible. The service is horrible. The employees get an attitude if you ask for HOT FRESH food. They don’t wanna work. They seem miserable. They also need new and better management.
They need robots to take this place over because the humans that work there can't get an order right to save there life. Very simple request, NO ONIONS means don't put onions on the d#$n sandwich. 3 times in a row.
So glad this Burger King didn't close. Whopper was hot and delicious. Fries were done perfectly. AND I had a coupon for my meal which included a large drink for $6.99.
Twice that I’ve been to this location they have charged my card for the wrong food. Then they pretend as if they don’t know why that happened and try to apologize specifically the AGM. I believe they are over charging people cards, ASK FOR A RECEIPT ALWAYS because this location is trying to get over on people.
Went to Burger King yesterday to save mom from cooking. At 6:30 pm they were already CLOSED! Time on door indicated that they were supposed to be open until 10 pm. Pathetic. Will be contacting corporate about the poor quality and policies of this franchise!
I’m tired of going to this Burger King and it’s always the same thing. Cold fries and cold burger, it never fails. I can tell the fries been there waiting for someone to order when it’s not being done in the moment. Ontop of waiting, why is everything cold? It makes no sense. Will not be going there again.
