This is by far the worst Burger King I have been to. I ordered online and the staff took a million years to prepare my food, and when I received it there was stuff missing such as my fries which were in the meal. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to give me the stuff I was missing. There was a lot of costumer who were waiting for their food too and the staff just gave everyone a dirty look like we were wasting their time. They didn’t even apologize.Also, I got a chicken sandwich which came burnt. Never in my life have I seen a fast food chain give burn food. My friend also ordered some stuff and was waiting for her food 30 minutes just to look at one of the staff on their phone watching videos. My friend had to go up and ask them about her food. Anyways, never coming back here again. The service was so bad I had to write a review.
This restaurant used to be a franchisee. It is being run by Burger King themselves. Now. These franchises the lobby and dining area were dirty. The employees were extremely slow and the drink machine over half of the selections were empty and and just the same as it was when the franchisee owned it
The cashier never once acknowledged me, she was constantly focused on everything around her. When asking about using rewards, she was obviously to my inquiry. I have never been to a slower Burger King in my life. Fast food. Not here.
I had a bad experience last night, 03/8/24 11.15 pm. I have spent $17.00 last night on my food but all of them are dry. They supposed to make the original chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets fresh but the one I got is super dry and hard and disgusting. I ordered 16 pieces of chicken nuggets and one had a GUM on it.????????????????????????I told her that I need some extra sauce, she just throw them to the bag.I don't know they treated me like that because of im a INDIAN and they make fun on me they never care about there customers, and we have to wait like more than 15 minutes to get food. They never and enough mayonnaise and they don't even wanna look at it ????. Poor customer service disgusting people. This burger King hardly ever get customers but still they cannot give them a proper service. Burger King is a billion dollar company but if you continue to have a employees like this it's not good for the company reputation. I believe that you guys take a actio on this✌️.

I was gonna let this slide because they were obviously understaffed and I’ve been in those shoes, and the food was yummy, but I do have food poisoning now. I was waiting for a few minutes at the drive thru and said only “Hello?” into the speaker box and was promptly yelled at. When I was at the window waiting for my food, the voice that yelled at me was from the man working window. He had an unsettling, angry attitude. I was listening to him curse at his coworkers and complain about the place. I understand the stress of working understaffed and underpaid, but why are you yelling at me? Why are you being so nasty? It’s just unkind and selfish, man. There was also hair in my fries. I hope this crew gets adequately staffed and paid soon because no one deserves this treatment on their lunch break in a drive thru.
Went to this location after work around 7:30pm and ordered food for my whole family, which is a lot. I am a little picky and customized half the order. Everything came hot piping hot. Everything was labeled and made correctly. As an avid mayonnaise hater this is so appreciated! Thank you for the great, hot, food after a very long day.
Will not stop at this location again. We were one of 2 cars in the drive thru at 8pm. We waited over 20 minutes for our order. They were changing the grease and never bothered to tell us there would be a wait. The ladies who were working were very unprofessional one was touching her face and nose and on her cellphone while dealing with customers. I realized that I stopped at the wrong location as the one further down the road was the one I stopped at last time I was out that way which gave excellent customer service around the same time of night.
My father and I came into burger King around 1pm and there was only two employees eating in the lobby on break (no customers) and the laby at the counter was yelling at one of the employees on break to clean the tables off because they are nasty and they started to talk very loudly at each other. My father and I waited until they were done yelling at each other for us to order. We completed our order and the cashier said to give her one second, and she'll get our cups (she never did). A guy walked in who seemed to be a friend of the workers and he ordered his food for free, and got it done before my dad and I; as well as another man's order which was highly rude of them. Another lady walked in and the one lady on break clocked back in so the cashier tried to hand her the head set for drive-thru and the lady had a tamper tantrum about it and she said "fine then you can cashout this customer" the employee once again refused to and the customer looked really uncomfortable because they were yelling and made her feel like a inconvenience. After about 7 minutes a different employee gave us our cups and the other employee that was eating on her break they called her into the kitchen to help that's not right she's on here break and the cashier was doing nothing so she could've helped out we got our order after about 13 minutes which I'm not to mad about because it's fast food it's the fact that my father didn't want any tomatoes on his burger and he ordered a wrap with no tomatoes and they had tomatoes on the burger and forgot the wrap. And the whole inside on the store was nasty. The floors felt like they mopped it with soda and the tables all had left over food on them aswell as trash and they didn't have any of the straws, lids, ketchup or salt stocked. My father went up to the counter to get ketchup and the employee complained about grabbing ketchup for him because she isn't meant to be lifting heavy things this is the same employee that complained about doing drive-thru and cleaning tables because she doesn't touch trash. I highly doubt she cant lift heavy things because she was the biggest one in the store and she wasnt even in her 30's so what excuse does she have.What type of people do they have working here no one does their job but one young lady that was 19 or 23
