Food is always old even when being reassured they would make it fresh. This place needs either new management or to be shut down. It’s disgusting how long food sits under a heat lamp then is given out to a paying customer. It’s bk I’m supposed to have it my way and this is not what I asked for.
The guy at the drive-through needs to have a refreshment course on customer service and be more polite. Bad service definitely won’t be coming back to this one too bad it’s family owned
Obviously they hire the most incompetent people who can’t even tell time. Pulled in the drive through at 1045 pm and they weren’t serving anymore customers. But all the signs said open till 11 and so did online. Y’all need to figure out your hours and then let the general public know cuz clearly your own employees don’t know there working till 11.
This location needs some attention. I have been here a few times since i work close by. The lobby is always dirty and floor is sticky. The food is always cold and the customer service is horrible. I just ordered food in the drive through and the greeting I received was " what do you want?" That's not very welcoming. Upper management needs to spend some time at this location before you have no customers.
This bk is trash. They only gave me half my order. Also got a large drink with my order and only had 3 ice cubes in it coke tasted like diet coke. Their hash brown bites taste a day old and are super rubbery. They should change the menu instead of French toast sticks they should just be called French toast bricks. You probably could break a tooth on these things. And not to mention no syrup at all with the order.

Gave this place a second chance, and just seems like they can’t get their stuff together. I understand people like ketchup and mustard it’s a must on burgers but when you over do it on a entire family bundle on EVERY SANDWICH IS WHEN IT BECOMES A PROBLEM. NO ONE WANTHS THAT MUCH KETCHUP OR MUSTARD ON THIER BURGER TO WHERE IS BECOMEA OVERWHELMING. Put a little bit and people can ask for more or can even add it on themselves at home. And not to mention the lil boy at the window gave him my phone to do tap to pay and it shocked and his exacts words where, “we sparked something we are meant to be” ???????????? like come on I don’t like the same gender and also didn’t go to bk to get hit on by an underaged boy I went for food….
I went to the drive thru on March 20th around 5pm where the girl who took my order did NOT listen to me, tried to rush me to the window to pay when i was not done ordering and kept ringing up the wrong order. I had to repeat myself 3 times. I asked her to repeat my order back which that was fine but the kitchen people completely failed to make it right. When I received my order, it was all wrong so I asked her to have it fixed. When she came back with my food, she glared at me with pure evil like she wanted to attack me and kept doing so after I drove off. This little girl is very rude, unprofessional and needs to be FIRED!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD !!!!!!!!! THE MANAGER DIDNT SEEM TO REALLY CARE HOW I WAS TREATED AND NEESS TO BE FIRED TOO!!!
I've ordered Door Dash here many times and almost every time my order is incorrect. In fact, several times they put cheese on my burger even though I explicitly ask them to remove it. I will no longer use this store as they are notoriously incorrect.
All the tables in the store were a mess. Had to wipe a table off just to eat in. We were the only ones there at the time. Didn't look short staffed and crew standing around. Time management may need some help? Didn't have any impossible burgers left, 6:00 pm ish? Not totally trashed, just needed a wipe down at the least. Just my observation.
