Food tasted as though it's been sitting around was definitely not fresh. My Whopper Junior the burger was dried out and the onion rings were soggy not crispy.

I don't usually go to this burger king. Usually I get stale buns or something is burnt. This time the food was good. Buns were as soft as fast food restaurants get lol. Lady at window was courteous and nice. I will say that in the idk 30 years it's been there the parking lot has been redone maybe twice. The way to the drive-thru is an obstacle course maybe they are just try to keep the vibe of how the roads are in portage county.

Nicole was so kind and helpful during my visit! She made sure each one of my kids got a crown and felt special! Above and beyond in my opinion!

Never again. Frequent missing items when using drive-thru; shake machine constantly broken. Ordered online 11/19/23, arrived at DT, informed no shakes (again). I replied just refund the $ for the shake and was told "I can't do that." So I guess I was expected to eat the cost of the shake. So I canceled entire order and got a "refund slip." After 10 days, no credit to my acct, I called, was told "bring the slip in, we'll refund cash." I couldn't get there until evening. Drive-thru person named Wendy was very rude, argumentative, saying "I don't know why you were told that" and "we refunded your $, see the slip." I reiterated I received no credit to my acct. She put the responsibility on my bank, so I have to do a charge back. This is the worst BK, rudest people, and apparently stupid. So 2 trips for me, 1 phone call, no service, no food, and now I have to contact my bank. This is BURGER KING'S error; not mine, not my bank. Don't go there. Never again. And FU to Wendy. Way to resolve problems and handle customers. Calling BK corporate tomorrow. This store needs to shut down or new management.

They had breakfast early couldn't order online, was the only customer and had to wait good was not that great kinda thrown together not real friendly worker.

For the most part, the sandwiches are made fresh and right unless they run out of items. It's always hit or miss with the fries and onion rings.

7.60 for a small whopper Jr meal is insane. Just for the window person to hold up the line because she has to talk to her friends. No thanks won't be back

My order was up in moments. The onion rings were awesome, as always.
