Honestly i don’t think customers really understand that despite poor management this store is also one of the busiest stores and still complain about it you wouldn’t want to go to naranjas bk or the one in florida city so where do you go to the one here on us1 but still have the audacity to say that the employees take forever to give you your food or that the line is too long rather then appreciate the employees for working hard even when the managers are yelling and telling them to hurry up while making the food. I’ve seen so many customers who get impatient with the employees as if their life depends on getting a whopper half of time if not most of the time the food is fresh but yet you’ll still hear customers complaining especially about the prices as if the employees have control of that. So the next time you go to this burger king be thankful they put up with some of the stupidity of customers that come into the store cause even i’ve noticed how much people don’t common sense when ordering.
My recent visit to Burger King was alright. The food was decent and came out relatively quickly. I ordered a classic Whopper meal, and it tasted fine, although nothing extraordinary. The fries were hot and crispy, which was good.
I *love* false advertising.
I swung by this Burger King to get the new Spider-Man burger I've been hearing about, and they tell me they have it and everything but when i open my food, it's just a normal burger. No red bun, or anything special, and i had to ask for the crown. So if i didn't do that it would've just looked like i just got a normal burger ???? kinda disappointed.
This BK should be awarded trashiest fast food spot of the year. They can’t get an order right even if they’re life depended on it, is impressive how bad they are. If you want to go to a fast food restaurant, order something, and get the absolute opposite of what your ordered with missing items then you should visit this spot. Absolute trash.
A guy named Roger, Manager, told me I could not park by $750 bycycle inside the door. Funny how I haven't been told this before in all this time, 6 months coming to Burger King. When I asked him why all of a sudden his reply was that it could hurt someone. That is absurd as tbe area where it was is far removed from the entranceway. This guy has hurt this locations business since he arrived. He is not a nice person and people i know have commented on him and quit dinning at this location. He had the audacity to tell me I needed to get a lock for it. Six months ago I had another bike stolen from this location which was locked right outside the front doors. I will not have that happen again. As an added comment, he loves to mop the dinning area with dirty smelly mop water and on a previous visit I mentioned to him that the mop water was smelling horrible, he had no response. I will say he did not tell me to move my bycycle outside then, so it is rather a personal, as also with others I know which I previously mentioned. You can tell he is angry with the life he has in the manner he expresses himself.
Martha was so welcoming , she is one of the managers. It is great seeing a hands on manager who is resoectwd by her team. We ordered our food and it was perfect. Our sandwiches were fresh and piping hot. I have a BK closer to our house and come to this one for this service and food.
The staff does a great job ,they’re friendly, they do food very quickly and they give a good service.
I love the food insanely, but the worker charged us for food he hadn't gave us. They forgot a meal and i had to tell them.
