Took the family for a late lunch. I actually witnessed the heavy set manger that drives the blue equinox , run in and out of her car smoking , parking in hadicap and yelling at her employees ! She actually walked in and never even washed her hands and went behind the counter and started cooking and wrapping food ! I almost threw up ! We will never ever go back !! Her hygiene is enough to make you sick , let alone prepare food ! Stay far away from this burger king !!
Shuts the shake machine down at 8pm when they close at 1am....they can keep it up till atleast 11pm....shake machines are super easy to clean.... plus the food wasn't up to par...cold tough chicken fries and ordered a spicy deluxe and got a regular....bring Rhea Chapman back she did great!
I was served a raw impossible whopper, very very gross!! I feel sick to my stomach…I usually always check my food before biting into it, but I was multitasking and hungry. I kept saying something is off…I thought it was just because there was barely any lettuce onions or condiments on it, but it was the meat :( Also the man that brought my food to the car seemed to have a bad attitude, cut me off mid sentence, & acted like it was a bother for him to get my children bk crowns…as I ordered them both a kids meal…I ordered online through the BK app for my first time, I love the app! It was really easy.
Love this bk. If they need anything up, they will always fix it. Not always the fastest but makes up for it with great quality! And awesome attitudes!
Was just at the drive-thru for breakfast it should have been a croissant meal and they gave me a biscuit meal! Too late to go back now. Please make sure you're saying the orders to the customers when I get to the window.
All my sandwiches were terrible I ordered no mustard or ketchup and they smothered all 4 with both, thru all four in garbage ????️
Atmosphere great. Service was great. Food.... could have been better for sure. If someone is eating in as i was... I would have been more inclined to wait for fresh nuggets than i was to eat right away. Between that and the blast of bleach used in the dining room before inquiring on allergies I'd have to say 4 stars
