While ordering the woman in drive thru was just rushing me through my order, for what reason is beyond me! Now I asked her what condiments came on the whoppers? She said mayo and ketchup only and I responded by saying "great perfect!" ⁷well the woman decided to take a huge bite out of the burger pattie that then placed it inside the bun! My fiance opened the whopper only to find it didn't have lettuce, onion, or tomato. Just ketchup and mayo then took a bite and there was only bun in his mouth!!! Yuuuuk!!! There was a huge bite taken out of just the patty and that was absolutely crazy! I called when I got home to make a complaint and they never answered then answered around closing at midnight byt picking up then hanging it up immediately. Such a huge shock that there are still places that have this type of service and weird stuff going on.
I don’t know what happened but recently the burgers tasted much better, the bacon crispy and good, the lettuce and onions are fresher, service has improved a lot. I just wish they still have hand sanitizers in place.
None of the employees speak fluent English or understand fluent English the only employee that works there that actually speaks fluently and understands fluently and is amazing at their job and goes above and beyond is the male manager the women that work there are very rude and disrespectful and they do not listen to you when you're ordering and cause you to have a lot of mistakes on your order which causes it to take longer to actually get the correct things ordered and cooked they also like to pick and choose who they allowed to use the restroom while they say it's out of order they pretty much go above and beyond to be rude and disrespectful to almost every single customer that walks through that door or goes through their drive-thru I've never had such horrible service at a fast food restaurant until I came to the Broadway Burger King in Everett, WA
I was very unhappy with the service I ordered food on the app at 3:50pm, When I got to Burger King On 2424 North Broadway I said my name I showed them a picture of the order they could not find my name either real I had a reorder everything wait for the food finally got the food and I let the lady know but it was still pending on my account but it took out the money and She was rude and walked away so hopefully I get my money back $41.03 Not happy
This location is terrible, half the time I try to walk in to get breakfast the doors are locked when they are supposed to be opened. Then when you can get in they don't pay close enough attention to what I'm ordering. I asked for the breakfast thinking they would understand that I want the breakfast meal. No they charged me individually for each breakfast item instead of the breakfast meal. Finally they leave you waiting to order until they are done talking to visiting friends or talking on their cell phones. It's very unprofessional and annoying. This store is pretty close and if they gave good service I'd go more often, but I walk twice the distance to go to the other burger places down the road because I know I will get better service there and treated like I matter.
Ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a coke, a very easy order and they still got it wrong. They gave me a bacon and cheese croissant instead. This is unacceptable and happening here too often. Must be another situation with an absentee owner.
Lettuce was old and black. Not appetizing in the slightest. Window guy took forever with my card.
Customer service was poor. Tried to charge for sauce when we already know corporate is not charging that. They are trying to scam customers for 27 cents. At the end of the shift they will pocket that. It adds up. Be careful. They get attitude when you check the checker. Pretty sure they're getting paid 18-20/hr so why the bad customer service?
