The people working at this bk need an attitude adjustment. The cashier doesn’t listen, had to repeat too many times what we wanted. I asked if one of the sandwiches had cheese, her answer “I think so”. We get the sandwich and guess what? Not what we wanted. Ended up buying a second sandwich and throwing away the messed up one because we didn’t want to deal with the attitude. We asked for napkins and the manager rolled her eyes and walking slow like if something was hurting. Place looks like a new building but it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since. All the tables were dirty. And the floors sticky as you can imagine by seeing my pictures. My whopper Junior was cold too and the fries cold and VERY salty. Worse $50 spent on 4 meals.

I ordered my husband a whopper with cheese and it was cold and hard. I went back about 3 days later, to give them another try. I ordered another whopper with cheese and asked them to cook it fresh. They just took an old whopper and put it in the microwave and reheated it. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were so hot, it just looked like everything was melted together. I’ll never go back to this Burger King. I thought it would be a better experience since it was just newly renovated, but I was wrong.

All the food was fresh and tasty, new remodel looks great! In the past food was old and service was about a 1 and building was ran down. BUT they have fully redeemed themselves. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a quick stop!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! After waiting at the drive thru speaker, and 2 other cars passing through the other drive thru, I decided to pull forward to the window. There I met Jessica, who had a nasty and horrible attitude. I proceeded to explain that nobody acknowledged us at the speaker so we decided to come to the window and order. The nasty looks, the horrible demeanor, and the exasperated attitude she gave us was above and beyond. After trying to order for my 3 children, I couldn’t take the disgusting attitude anymore so I decided to leave. Didn’t get to finish ordering and my kids where still hungry!

Hopefully any manager sees this, as their phone is busy, and can reach back to me. Or if Jessica sees this, know that you are NOT fit to work with customers or anything that requires you to show your face to the public.

Thank you for nothing

I stopped today at the new Burger King in Clermont, Fl 2170 and got the original chicken sandwich 9494. This has always been my favorite sandwich anywhere I went. Can't say that today. What did you do to change the sause, I didn't like it at all. I guess I will have to reconsider a different selection when I go back again, if I do.

Service was great. The food, however, was as stale as food can get. The fries, chicken fries, and chicken sandwich were all hard and old. The chicken fries literally crunched and broke in half as I took a bite. How is this place still open?

This Burger King was closed down for months to fix it up and redo it.... Yeah the inside looks okay but you still got the same idiots working here that are some of the worst fast food customer service I've ever seen why don't you hire new people...... Service and food don't get better because you changed the look of the inside idiots

NEWLY RENOVATED!! Burger King is BACK!!! At least this location! Listen You dont know how amazing this was for me and my fam. We had lost hope with my childhood favorite place to eat and I used to tell my 14 year old daughter how great BK used to be. Well I am super happy to say that at least for this location, BK IS BACK!!! The friendly service, The freshness of the food and the taste!!! My daughter had her very first Whopper JR and she loved it! My first bite literally brought me back to my childhood as a 80s/90s kid!! To the Manager and staff of this BK! You Have brought the bar back and raised it for all other BK's to follow. Thank you! Please never change! We will surely be back since its only minutes away from my home and one the way back from my wife's work! I can finally say, Wifey bring home some BK!!! Seriously try it for yourself if you have ever been a BK fan in the past. Oh and the LOGO!!!! Ok Im done! Bravo!!!!!
