I got the food fairly quick. Fries were good, not that much mayo on my chicken sandwich (could have been more), but those chicken nuggets were nasty. They seem pretty dark as if they were deepfried twice. I never got chicken nuggets at a Burger King so I thought it was normal. But looking at different pictures online I see they are way too dark. I didn't finish those nuggets. Don't mind the McD honey mustard sauce in the picture, I forgot I had it in my jacket so why not use it. :)
This has a standard Burger King menu and prices. We had the breakfast croissant, and it seemed like it was precooked as both the hashbrowns and sandwich were just barely warm. The key to ordering is to use one of the two kiosks to the right side, and then there is no waiting in line.
Just want to congratulate this BK for being the only BK where you can't "Have it your way".
Tried to order a burger for my kid with no toppings. Cashier said we don't do that. But since we were adding bacon and cheese to the burger they had to make it fresh anyway.
Also this wasn't a busy period. It was 930 at night.
Watched the staff stand around and talk about what they were doing after shift. That was entertaining.
I have low expectations at a BK, but somehow this one managed to lower them further.
Terrible customer service. Was given my order with multiple items missing. Pointed to my receipt and was met with annoyance as the employee literally ignored reading what was on the receipt and gave me a small combo instead of a large.
When I mentioned that the receipt says large she became even more annoyed and told me I needed to speak up and refused to provide me my large fries.
You have one job, this woman isn’t working a register or doing anything else, just bag the order and call the number. It is not my fault that you not only messed up an order, but couldn’t be bothered to read what’s right in front of you to rectify your mistake.
I asked for her name to which she replied I have no name. I asked for a manager and the entire staff ignored my request. Absolutely hilarious behaviour, you’d think that being able to read would be a requirement for the job, and to insinuate that the customer is somehow at fault for not clarifying each individual item that is literally written clear as day in front of you is beyond moronic. Even more so the absolute lack of managment and accountability is a joke.
Food was decent. Service was a little slow. Not much more expensive than stand alone kings.
What a nightmare. I get that the lines are long because of the business of the airport but we waited 30 mins to order and the cashier didn't know what she was doing. There was only 1 cashier but the worst of it was how disgusting the food was. Eat so.ething else. This BK isn't worth it. My meal was a double croissanwich with bacon and sausage.
Staff is nice. Super slow. Long Waits.
Receipt machine broken in self order. Understaffed-Stacks of food in the heat rack waiting to get bagged. Check your order before walking away- Gave wrong side order, out chocolate milk Under staffed but nice enough. Don’t go here if you value your time over saving $7 difference from another restaurant. Average lukewarm Burger King food. You get what you pay for so don’t be a whiner. You know what you’re getting.
You would expect the employees working in the airport to be the best ones just because of how busy it is . I ordered a few sandwiches and finally when they gave the order of the sauce was missing and one of the sandwiches was also missing. I did not check while picking the order and had had to go back in less than 5 min they were looking at like we’re trying to make this all up.
On top of that, they have a really very bad attitude and moved like sloth beers
