I didn't mind they let me order an iced coffee only to figure out they where out.
But it was rude for two separate individuals to try to convince me to get an iced tea instead of simply handing me the refund I asked for!
If I wanted an iced tea, i would have ordered one to begin with.
We ordered a whopper and cheeseburger meal with a coupon but dude only gave us the whoopers ,fries and drinks .So had to go back and get the cheeseburgers.From now on if we see the dude working we will just turn around and leave. Not going to let him screw up another order. You feel me?.
I guess pissing in parking lots has become the new norm. Guy pulls in opens his door and relieves himself 25 steps from a restroom. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy.
Now mind you, a day care center is on the hill and kids were just outside. I do not know what has gotten into the younger crowd. They have No moral compass.
As for Burger King, the food was good, service friendly and wait minimal.
Sad, sad $1 taco. They come frozen with a meat and cheese on them. They go in in the deep fryer, and they add like 2 pieces of lettuce.
Not like they show in the commercial ????

Fries were room temperature and the order was on the skimpy side. Burger condiments were added very sloppy, piled on pickles and lacking ketchup, mustard off to the side.
Ordered a whopper and double cheeseburger at drive thru. Got home and was missing the double cheeseburger. Another bad experience with this Burger King. This location needs some serious customer service training. Went there today to pick up lunch. Person who waited on me at the drive thru never said one word to me. Didn't tell me what was owed, didn't ask whether I wanted ketchup or not and didn't thank me. Not one single word and hardly looked at me. Food is decent, but not great. Go down the road a little and take a lesson from Chick-fil-a.
Food was ok, fries were cold but everything else was fine. The amount of money it costs for just one meal is insane. It's sad you almost can't even afford to take your family to burger king for a quick bite anymore. Customer service was great though!
It was the worst experience I ever had..
I ordered 3 meals, asked for mayo and barbecue sauces through drive thru.
The man handed me the bag, when I checked the order it was two fries ???? and all ketchup.. The third fries was missing and no mayo no barbecue sauce..
I asked the guy on the window FOR THE FRIES AND SAUCES , he said I have to go back to queue, SERIOUSLY!..
I left without the fries and sauces.. my family were with me and I don't want to have a hard time with those employees..
I am sure it was not a mistake. The guy who but 3 sandwiches in the bag he knew had to but 3 fries..
They don't care for what you order. employees are disrespectful
The owner must hire new staff or just close the business...
Shame to treat customers with family and kids that's way!!!!
