Ordered inside: wait line short. Depends on the days and hours you go in. Quick in and out order. Friendly service. No complaints.
Absolutely ridiculous how often they are not open during their hourly opened times I came there for breakfast and tried to go through the drive through. They have a cone in their drive through, so you cannot get through the doors are locked when it's 1025. It was too late for me to go anywhere else for breakfast. Honestly completely ruins my morning. I will never be giving my business to the location again.
We ordered in the app, I made sure I ordered correctly but even on the receipt they were wrong so I understand them not wanting to help fix tose. Yet, the other 2 were their fault we went back through and the night time manager was so rude, then took our burgers and wiped off the lettuce and pickles. We came home just for my husbands whole burger to taste like pickles. Completely unprofessional.
This burger king happens to be one of the best! The food is really fresh, sometimes their buns are a little old but out of 6 months eating there I've experienced stale buns twice! The employees are friendly, they care about the quality of work they do. I encourage all burger king fans to try this location!
I dislike leaving unfavorable reviews for businesses but if people don't heat about a negative experience than nobody gets warned. Beware! Extremely slow staff. These people take forever to do anything and even after spending excessive amounts of time they still got everyone's orders mixed up. Several people didn't get what they payed for bcuz the staff couldn't seem to figure out what went where in which bag. They did however give free small fries to 2 of the 6 people who's order was erroneously handled but refused to do so for my ruined order/dining experience. So if your on a schedule don't come here and expect to keep your schedule to a timely fashion.
The workers can’t seem to manage keeping drive thru moving along. Many times you just sit at the speaker box whilst the drive thru worker says, “one minute.” Then 4 min later….same thing, “one minute.” Meanwhile cars are backing up and honking. I worked drive thru 30 years ago and we always kept drive thru moving. So I am not sure what is going on. It’s like they can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. It’s very frustrating. Many times the orders are wrong. So make sure to check before you leave.
Worst burger king!!!! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger... My bun was hard, I asked for extra onion.. I got one baby piece of onion. I also asked for lettuce and tomato... Which they did not put on there! The cheese looked so old! Didn't even take a bite of it because of how foul it looked! ????????????????
They give another customer my food and he touched everything and when they understand mistake is made, they think I will take a food. Sorry, but no. Never come back here.
