I love coming to this location. Everyone is so lively and festive around each holiday...makes you feel nostalgic! On top of it all, my food is always hot and FRESH! The new staff here has great customer service and take their time to get you right as a guest and customer. I will continue to come back and bring my family and friends along.
This location has really turned around! Before new management everyone was so mean and did was always cold and just was not comfortable. I was hesitant about bringing my family here but was completely shocked after my most recent visit. Everyone was so lively and nice and the for was wonderful! As long as the store moves in this direction, I am a customer
I am a loyal BK customer! Mindful of staff shortages and the pure fact this -lace stays packed. I give them a 4 star for effort and heart. If they mess up they fix it but when they on point it’s hot heaven to your mouth. There are so hard workers here and I appreciate that. I wish I could give this 0 stars but Google won’t let me. Don’t believe the reviews. I’ve lived down the road from this location for 2 years and nothing has changed with “new management”. Hours of operation are unreliable, the menu availability is unreliable, the facilities are unreliable, the quality of service is unreliable. Showed up tonight at 10:45pm in the drive thru when the hours say opened until midnight to wait for 10 mins in the drive thru line with no answer or sign showing the location was closed. I can’t even say how many times I’ve arrived here to make an order to hear that the only thing they have available is hamburgers on plain buns. The times I’ve gone inside to place an order, I’ve seen “out of order” signs on the bathrooms. Do yourself and the community a favor by not supporting this franchise location. This location needs to be shut down.
We literally waited at the drive thru for 5 mins at 10pm to be told they only accept online orders. The website and app says they close at midnight, no where does it say order online. We placed our online order and waited another 5 minutes, just to be told they don't have any food. If you can avoid this place I definitely would, not worth it!!!
Bar none the worst fast food place I’ve ever been. The service is always rude. Half the time they have one person in there. And I finally realized that they bait and switch you. You ask for sauce and they fake place it in the bag. This time I called them out because I checked the bag before driving off and the girl just smirked like she knew exactly what she was doing.
DO NOT EAT HERE. Went inside to order because they didn’t have enough staff there to run the drive thru. The inside was truly disgusting, a health inspector would have a field day in there. Not only were the counters grimey, the staff working had personal drinks and food right next to the food they were preparing. The person behind the counter was rude, but that’s not the issue. Visible black mold in the building near where food is served and consumed. A hair in my onion rings. I know it’s just fast food but this location is far worse than any Burger King I’ve ever seen.
The only sandwich I eat from BK is the Impossible Burger. I don't eat meat (Pescatarian). This experience was the first time I was disappointed with the Impossible Burger. It was not edible. It was either not cooked properly or not fresh but it was not edible.
I had to get my money back on this one. The service was stellar and the manager was pleasant and returned my money with a smile.
One other thing that disturbed me was that the cashier was also preparing food. She put fries in the fryer in between handling a customer and I saw no hand washing. Touching money and the food is unsanitary.
