I get the same drink every time I go through the drive thru, today it just tasted like milkwater, iced MOCHA coffee, took first one back second one wasn't much better. I'll have to find a better place, the price is best there though.
My little boy likes their chicken nuggets. They are the best price for the amount. You get beats Wendy's hands down with flavor and "cost".
Stopped to get fast dinner but french fries were old and hard mozzarella sticks aren't even edible the two sandwiches two for five were horrible rolls were falling apart. They really need to train their staff better. Stopped in again 12/29/20 better than last time. Saturday night about 9:00 worked all night every place was jam-packed except Burger King. That should have been the red flag right there the girls drive through no personality whatsoever not Hello not goodbye when I said thank you she didn't even say you're welcome I got my food I left the girl out the window was talking everybody but me. I get home and the food is just gross the cheese sticks are so overcooked on edible the Whopper is nothing but a pile of lettuce they did manage to not put my onions on it and the marinara sauce looks really dark and taste really tart like it's no good. Pretty sad now I know why everybody else McDonald's Wendy's Taco Bell they were all jam-packed Burger King had two people in the line now I know why not going back.
Horrible customer service. The guy and women who took my moms order were laughing and making fun of my mom because she was asking questions about the menu. It was very disgusting and it made me so angry. On top of that my mom went to go wash her hands and the workers were sitting down on the benches outside making rude comments and stopped my mom. I am very disgusted about this situation and they deserve to get fired.
Single meal, waited 20 minutes in the drive-through for 2 vehicles (that happens sometimes), just to not have the large fry they upcharged me for. The lady seemed stressed and was still kind amongst the chaos.
I don’t understand how these people stay in business they usually deliver customers food very cold especially burgers and their meat is pretty stale… horrible food ! no wonder you can only see just a few people walking in.. if it’s not a very busy place on a regular basis like this one it’s because its quality is bad .. and this is the case!!

Greeted with “On Mommt” at the order board and left there 7 minutes.
6/20/2021I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat on the way back to the office. I was on Haulover so I could have gone to either the Howland BK or the Elkam. I chose Elkam because I have not been this way in a couple of weeks. When I arrived the drive thru was backed way up so I came inside. I was greeted by the cashier. The greeting was not friendly or pleasant but more robotic. I ordered two whoppers Juniors with cheese. Six dollars? Could have got two whoppers for the same price. Anyway I waited and waited and saw the truck leave the drive thru window that had pulled in behind me. I was the only person in line and ordered right away. 4 people had come in behind me and ordered. Finally I got my order. I left and headed back to the office.
The whopper Juniors were messy and looked like everything was piled in the center and the burger squished down and closed. Changing my long time 4 star review to two stars. I will keep going to the Howland BK which is excellent. I will give this location a try again in a few months to see if they can get their act together.

I have visited this Burger King location regularly for the past 15 Years. It is a franchise unit and has always had good quality food and friendly staff. I am closer to the Debary BK but will drive 8 miles across Deltona to this location rather than going to the Debary or Orange City Burger Kings.
I hope this franchise owner would consider opening a location on the other side of Deltona. Providence and Doyle/Debary or Providence and Normandy would be great locations and we are dying for a better dinning and takeout services here.
Elkam Burger King has good food, great service and friendly people! When I order in the drive thru, it is usually for the family, either 5 or 8 people. I never wait at this location.
I would rate this zero stars if I could. We ordered the original chicken and got home and there was some sort of red sauce on them no lettuce no mayo.... called to tell them they made a mistake and they asked we bring it there. Brought the sandwiches back and showed them and they accused us of taking the topings off and putting red sauce on them.... we said we want your mangers contact information and your names and they threatened us. We spent $13 and I not only want my money back but I will be contacting the media.... they messed up and we were nice enough to just come back without making a scene.... God only knows what this red sauce is since they made the accusations toward us so now we are out $13 and have to throw the food away.....that's true customer service. I will be suing this establishment.
