Manager was rood we ask for vagetarian and lady order the with chicken. And she thinks chicken is not meat very rood she and employee who took the order not a good customer service not worth it to go back there manager should be replace not worth it to have that kind of manager customer relations should be good not rood
I come to this location pretty regularly and I'm pretty satisfied, but the girl in the drive thru today, 2-24-24 at 1pm has the customer service skills of a rock. First, when I got home my burger was missing. Okay, whatever, people make mistakes. So I drive back (hooray, let's waste over priced gas for a burger!) and let her know she forgot my burger and her only response is a cold "pull around to the window". I wait at the window for 1 or 2 minutes, she comes to the window, shoves a bag out and says "here" to which I replied "thank you" and her response was to shut the window. No apology for forgetting my burger and making me waste my gas. Then I get home and my "have-sies" have a whopping 4 onion rings but is STUFFED with fries. Everything about this experience was a disappointment. Even the kids burgers, they had what seemed like a quarter jar of mayonnaise on them! This place went downhill SUPER fast... Just wow.
Order the Italian Chrisp Chicken sandwich meal. Which they had advertised all over the store. They said Sorry we do not have. After waiting 10 minutes because no one wants to work.
They have screwed up my order twice so far. I don't know what's so hard about making something that's actually on their menu. Clearly the kitchen staff does not have a great knowledge of what they actually sell. You would think that a barbecue bacon Whopper would actually come with the bacon right. At least they were apologetic and gave me a free French fry.
Alberto on drive thru is the most cheerful dude I've ever encountered. He made my quick visit memorable and fun.
Late night for me so drive thru at 2230hrs, food was fresh, fries were fresh. So overall a decent meal for fast food...
This restaurant has improved in multiple areas recently. The attitude of the staff is friendly and upbeat. The food is prepared as ordered and the dining area is clean.
Customer service is dead. These fast food restaurants are dying with it. This was a pretty bad experience from the start. First off let me say I love burger King but this was so bad, I will not be back. The lady was rude when ordering. Didn't say a word at the window. I even said "have a great day" she said "yeah" then we got the food. Fries were good but that's it. My chicken sandwich was hard and rubbery. Tasted very old and stale. Fries were incredibly salty. They didn't have applesauce for my son. Just bad. Won't be back.
