Last time i ever go to this location. The sandwich location is a little slow and sometimes they run out of items but atleast the stuff is made fresh. Cant say the same for plano. The whopper i got had a stale bun, fries were saugy and had no salt and dont even get me started on the french toast sticks????. I dont know why its like this either. Im always EXTREMELY kind and patient when placing an order and i always say thank you. But the tall bigger white dude thats always there always just has this monotone voice like he wishes he was doing anything else but his job. I dont expect 10 star restaurant service, but you could atleast not sound like taking my order is draining your soul. Also they need to hire ATLEAST two people to work the mornings. I know its slow but its slow because you guys have bad service and people arent comming to you. One guy on register, drive through and grill while having the doors locked 24/7 is bad buisness. Plus i know in the morning you have to freshly make the afternoon stuff.and it still came out burnt & i wont be coming back
This place needs a new computer system!! Don't know how your system is ALWAYS DOWN!! How you can serve the 2 cars in front of us and then all of sudden system is down!! Not sure if it's even true or just being lazy!!
LOVE this place! But only when certain employees are working there because others are just rude and dont care! One employee that always gives exceptional customer service is Miguel! Place always looks clean and food tastes fresh when he’s around!
They have decent chicken tenders and fries....

Picked up dinner the other night for my husband & I. We hadn't gotten Burger King in a long time and now I remember why. I ordered the Italian Chicken sandwich....the bun was hard, the chicken was over cooked & what little sauce there was had soaked into the hard bun. This tells me the sandwich had been sitting there a long time. We will not be going back. I can't believe the place hasn't closed for lack of business.
You need to bring back that young lady Daniella she was the fastest and best worker you had, we had to wait 25 minutes for our order so we went inside to see why it was taking so long, our order was in a bag still on the counter where you make the onion rings that she keeps adding salt to, and instead of giving it to us she proceeded to wait on 3 other customers, this lady is making you lose customers, we may not come back if she still works there and we eat at this location everyday. Bring back the younger Daniella
Your employees are rude, when I ask for fries without salt on them I don't appreciate the attitude if I choose not to have salt, it's not like it's a difficult task, especially when she just stands there and complains to the other workers about it, I thought your slogan was have it you way, not who said you could have it that way, I go there for lunch everyday, and after work, I don't need the attitude I worked all day too and have to deal with people like her every day, but I'm never rude to anyone, maybe I should go to one of your competitors instead I just might get better service, to top it off she brags about being a former manager of a restaurant maybe she was rude to her customers there, that's why she works for you now.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I’ve had a good burger at Burger King. This time was not so good. It took forever to get our food and there wasn’t anyone in the place. Pretty much all the soda options on the big fancy Coke machine were out. When we finally got our food, our fries weren’t even hot. It was not good and we won’t be back.
