BK’s Royal crispy chicken sandwich and frozen coke are always the best in fast food restaurants of burgers. Whoppers are fresh but the patty tastes old. The question is that I felt sorry to see there were only two ladies working on drive thru and dining in at this BK during dinner time, which made the service really slow. They have to hire more staff to help these two kind ladies.
Just had a very good whopper, however I also just had the worst, driest chicken nugget I've ever had in my life. I finished one, and through the rest away.
So I go through the drive-through today at around 11:14 AM, and I order 2 fiery Buffalo wraps made correctly. I ordered the 2 for 5 wopper Jr Duo's 2 barbecue bacon, wopper juniors with heavy onion. Well I posted a picture of what the barbecue wopper looks like that I got. And the other sandwich, which was supposed to be the same exact thing, was just a regular whopper junior the only thing I got right about the sandwiches was no cheese. No, extra onion and I didn't know. I didn't know. I needed to say no pickle on the other sandwich. Butt yeah, I don't understand how it's so hard. And why would they put so much barbecue sauce on there? When I did not ask for extra barbecue sauce like that. That's disrespectful, that's why people have come back and throw sandwiches in people's faces. You need to do better
Closed a whole hour early every night. Store is supposed to close at 11. NOT 10. She is literally ignoring the line of cars as you can see in the picture. Move up to the window and she is side eyeing you hoping you leave.
I saw an ad for a new sandwich at Burger King last night! I thought it looked so good, I thought I'd give BK another shot. We don't have money to waste! So my son was coming to see me and he stopped to get me one, he went to the drive thru and started to order. He told them I wanted the bread really toasted brown (a couple of times) but the worker kept cutting my son off and when my son was trying to tell it was like he wasn't listening or ignoring him. So he brought me the sandwich it was NOT even toasted, not at all was as white as plain bread, also with no cheese. I also asked for cheese, tomato and onion only. Well, there was no cheese, a single tiny tomato and barely any onion. It was a chopped up little square or a green pepper from the sauce so basically no onion and no cheese! I wanted to take it back but my son had to work and it was closer to his house so obviously father from me. This was the last time I will ever go to BK. If I could rake 0's I would
Needs some serious staffing help or something. I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes and one car (one!) ahead of me moved through after putting in their order. Half a dozen cars, including me, left before ordering.
It took over 17 minutes to get my food however 3 people who placed orders after me, got their good. Also they cared more about the drive thru than the people inside. They forgot 2 orders of my fries and a sandwich. Took them almost 10 minutes just to come take my order. One person working in the kitchen, with air pods in and butt showing. One worker going between the drive thru and the counter. The manager was in the back office the entire time. Got the new melt sandwich, it wasn't toasted. The onion rings were spilled everywhere and cold. The sandwich was barely any meat.
Bought 2 eggnormous burritos. They gave me juniors. Came back through line and they tried to say they were just rolled tight. They were a$$ so I didn't even touch the second. Went back bought both an eggnormous and a junior to compare to what they gave me before and it was definitely 2 juniors not 2 eggnormous.
