Great service! Delicious food! Immaculate facilities and dining room. This is the cleanest Burger King I have visited! Received coupons in the mail. Decided to use coupon for two Whopper Juniors and fries. Both burgers and fries served fresh and hot. I really enjoy the charbroiled burgers. The service was excellent and efficient. Although my order was take out, the dining room was very clean and well maintained. Very convenient location in Palm Harbor, at the corner of US 19 and Tampa Road.
I have not been here in a long time. I come through the drive-through and it was in and out. The employees were extremely happy and outgoing and professional. Made me want to come back as a matter of fact I come back later. We don’t see employees acting that too much. Good freaking job, really!! Not to mention they said thank you and you’re welcome.. we don’t get much of that anymore from any place!
I'm pretty sure the guy at the register was too high to be working. There's no way he got a job at all if that's his level of comprehension sober. My gf and I ordered the same thing. She got hers with no onion no lettuce. I had mine with no onion no pickle. Somehow there was a 60¢ difference in the price of the burgers. I tried to tell him it was how he rang them up, and how to correct it. But he couldn't grasp the concept. He couldn't even understand that there was something wrong with it when it was pointed out that it was the same sandwich with a 60¢ price discrepancy. I understand that 60¢ isn't going to make or break the bank for anybody, but the incompetency was beyond frustrating.
The process of ordering and receiving the food via the evening drive through went well without issue. The drive through employee was friendly and courteous. It would be great if they had tap to pay technology at the drive through. The impossible burger is my go to meal while traveling away from home.
This is the closest burger King to me so maybe 1s a month I come get food here. The last 3 times I've had to wait over 15 minutes to get my food. After getting home I realized none of my food was made properly. Burgers missing condiments and toppings, no dipping sauce like I asked for my nuggets, the chicken sandwich had lettuce everywhere besides on the sandwich over all one of if not the worst burger King I've visited.
Visited this Burger King location today 09/29/2021 for the second time. Today's service was fast and our order was made perfectly and tasted good! The employee Victor at the Drive Through, was very thorough, as he repeated twice how we requested the order to be prepared! The first visit for me on 09/22/2021 was a disaster for my relative, the employee at the Drive Through, did not have knowledge of the Menu items and a Double Hamburger that was ordered was incorrect, served as a Double Cheeseburger with very little ketchup . Finally after going inside to the counter, the Double Hamburger was served, however again with very little ketchup. Communication amongst the employees and taking pride in the service provided, needs to be improved. I have confidence after today's visit, that I can anticipate great service to give a 5 Star Rating. One final note: The Digital Scrolling Menu Order Board has a 10 piece Chicken Nuggets for $1.49. Victor told us that promotion has been over. The 8 piece Chicken Nuggets is $1.49 and the 10 piece is now $3.99. The sign needs to be updated, it is very misleading!
Twan was so helpful !! i got my usual chicken fries, chicken jr, and large fry. my app was having trouble loading and he was so patient and kind to me. he also gave me extra sauces and made sure i had everything in the bag. i watched him double check it before he handed it to me !! talk about customer service, that was customer service who is passionate !! definitely coming back for more soon and will recommend to friends.
I love Burger King! Food is delicious. I had a Whopper Junior, and my husband had a Whopper. We both got the meals. I wish that the fries were a little less salty. I enjoyed everything anyway.
