Ordered a single Bacon King at 1:30 pm. Little to no cars at the restaurant, Patty is undercooked. Along with the Bacon, service was extremely poor. I'd advise seeking other restaurants for better food and service.
Served me a cold sandwich. Asked for a new one. New one didn't have a toasted bun so I took that back...gave up and asked for refund. Server told me sandwich was cooked correctly but it wasn't. Shouldn't argue with customer. I don't plan on returning for a long time...only go here to appease the kids anyways...
Went in today to grab lunch. Girl working register seemed new and was struggling at the register. Tried to order kids some king jr meals and she was putting it in the system as just the double cheeseburgers. Ordered 3 milks didn’t get them at all. Ordered a Texas double whopper with NO bacon just for them to give me a single patty and bacon… tried to call to speak to somebody and got no answer repeatedly. Order 50…
Chicken wrap was nasty it had more lettuce on it then chicken , after we had not wanted any lettuce, sauce or tomato on it it came that way.. the burger was the size of one that you would have given to a six year old and the fries were Cold, onion rings was over cooked had to pick out the soft ones to eat .. then pay that much stuff and not able to eat it...NOT Doing it Again.....
Received a cold disgusting burger, Manager Amber was rude and a racist call me a black...... and hung up the phone. Refuse to reimburse me for th cold disgusting burger 1-1-2024. People should not have to deal with this type of attitude. No person, especially a person of color should eat here. We have the economical power to close businesses that refuse to treat people with respect and in a dignified way.
Had the chicken sandwich hardly any lettuce, I think there might have 7 pieces. Way, way too salty. I will not order it again!! My husband's was the same!
Usually it's hit or miss but front counter was very hospitable, food was hot and tasty, place was clean. Time 130p on a Sunday aft.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. Google says open until 12 we pulled up at 10:59 and waited for five minutes until finally someone responded to the drive through to let us know they were closed.
