I'm not sure who owns this place but they need to hire competent employees. We purchased 4 meals and when they were opened at home they all had cold french fries instead of onion rings, but had zesty sauce, there were also 8 other sauces in there for 1 chicken fry. We called and were told we could come back. We live on lower west side, so why would we want to drive back there and spend the gas to switch? We were then told that they would replace the meals. When we went the next day to do so, they had my boyfriend wait over an hour and said it wasn't in the book, then they made him pay for the sandwiches and gave us no sodas as they weren't on the receipt but we had gotten meals so drinks came with them and they gave us cup the first time , so we basically drove to the other side of town to get bad service the second time and had to spend money to get cold onions rings really I hope this place goes out business and all the employees are not able to collect unemployment as they shouldn't have a job anyway. I have worked in the bar and restaurant business for over 40 years and today's employees wouldn't have lasted 15 minutes in the days when service was important.
What a joke. We ordered a whopper. A regular whopper at that. Came with no ketchup and unfortunately we didn't have any in the fridge and my boyfriend doesn't like it unless everything is on it. We called and we were only 5 minutes away so we said we could come get a new one if that is OK and she denied us new food. Called Corporate said they would send us coupons never did.
I got the new candied bacon whopper. It wasn't as good as I expected and the tomato was hard to bite into. The person who took our order was lacking humor and acted as if he didn't want to be there. It wasn't a good experience.
I love paying for food they never gave me, I loved how I had to wait in the drive through for 20 mins for my order (mind you im the only car there). Also loved the fact I asked for regular coke and I got diet. Inflation already sucks as it is, and I can't get my full order. Thanks BK
It's ok but if it doesn't taste right leave it alone. That Burger King gave me food poisoning 2 yrs ago. Spent 3 days in hospital.
Place is clean, and after a long day it's on my way home. Still have couple hrs till I get there, so it's usually lunch.
I do pay attention to taste though every time I eat at all BK restaurants after that day
Fast pickup in the drive through. Order was correct. Lunch was a little pricey for what was just average food
The older lady manager with the short grey/white hair is really nasty. I feel so uncomfortable coming to this bk anymore. For years she has been so rude. I stopped coming here for a long time Because of Her. I thought she didnt work here anymore but soon as I saw her through the drive thru window I said our order is going to be wrong and she is going to have an attitude about it. Of course it was wrong. I went in and quietly whispered to her and that we went through the drive thru and the order is wrong and she got loud and ignorant and literally started ripping sandwiches out of my hand. Real professional! Then tells me because of their mess up shes going to have to recharge my whole order, snatches the rest of the food and stomps away waving her hands and mumbling. I told her just cancel my order and refund me. She treats customers and employees like trash and yet there she still is, employed. I will not come here ever again, nor will any of my family or friends. 1 person may not make a difference but many might. FYI, nowadays everyone records everything and sues for everything. Just remember that when you choose your managers and role models BK.
The woman that generally runs the window in the evenings is so kind and always sounds cheerful. Thank you for making those quick pick-up meal nights that much easier!
