My lady and I stopped in here for lunch this afternoon and were immediately greeted. We were unsure what we wanted at first and the staff were incredibly patient with us. We ordered a handful of food and waited for it to get done. Not long after we ordered, the food was ready; in very good timing. We sat and ate, it was overall enjoyable and satisfying; the price per food quantity was overall good as well; well worth it. The restaurant was also very well kept and clean, another bonus. We do not typically eat at Burger King due to the amount of Trans Fats they include, however, again it was worth it. The food was good and filling, especially flavorful. We expect to come back again sometime.
Would NOT honor thier own coupon because l ripped it out of the flyer and accidently tore the "code" that was on it. You could clearly read the entire coupon (which was not expired) except the 4 digit code. They refused to take it! Better have scissors and neatly trim your coupons!! Don't be in your car traveling and decide to use a coupon. Won't be going to Burger King again. Coupon flyers in the mail make good toilet paper from here on out!!
Melissa took our order and was fantastic! We are in town for an appointment and just stopped here on a whim and she was very accommodating!! The place was clean and food was fresh.
We often eat at this Burger King. Current Staff is always very friendly and helpful. ( I went in , ordered, and employee offered to help me carry my order out to the car. I walk with a cane.)
They were out of lettuce and tomatoes. I had them both added to my sandwich & was charged for them. Was not offered anything to compensate me for the inconvenience. This shows poor management and leadership.
Just nasty! We came in and when it took forever to order, then everything we wanted to order they said sorry we ran out, so we had to spend $20 more the we wanted just to eat and after about 10 minutes we got our food and nun of the tables ware clean, we had to clean before we could set and eat then the floor was covered in trash and the food was over cooked and hard to eat, Wich we ended up just leaving in on the table. This place is just bad they never have food you want and they don't clean.
I like BK. They actually have about the best burgers in town, which I grant is about the equivalent of calling someone the best surfer in Finland, but I can't give this store a higher rating. I can't speak for the brand as a whole but this store has the vague air of a funeral home. I get the sense that corporate has prioritized profits over the wellbeing of their employees to the point that it affects the dining experience for the customer. On the plus side, the Play tubes in the store are fun for the kids and usually clean, but any more than 5-6 at a time would be overcrowded. If you wanna charge 8 bucks for a burger, at least pay your people enough that they can serve it with a smile.
Edit: The overall experience has improved a lot in the first half of 2019. The employees greet you with a smile and seem genuinely and generally more invested in the customer experience. The food is as high quality as any fast food in town, just watch the dip in the road as you enter. :)
Burger King is one of my favorite fast food places to go, this one made me think twice. Dirty floors, dirty counter, and dirty tables. Food was wrong and took too much time to prepare. Half of the drinks in the machine were gone and no ice tea, sweet or unsweetened. Very sad experience.
