So yesterday afternoon I decided to go back and try out the food again. I had a swing and a miss when it came to the meals I purchased. My last purchase was an original chicken sandwich, and it had more sodium than poultry. This time, I ordered fries and 6 burgers. Thr fries were good. However, when i asked the cashier for 3 burgers with no cheese and three with cheese, she didn't listen and put cheese on all of them. Not only that, the patties didn't even taste fresh or hot. I doubt I want to go back again. At least compared to Popeyes, the store isn't picky with the sauces.
This is a really cool Burger King location! Large and spacious inside, with nice atmosphere and decor. Big plasma TVs, electric fireplace, multiple seating options. Food was fresh and orders were correct. Check it out if you're in the area and craving BK!
I do not understand these Salvadoran workers that work there. They’re very disrespectful have the nerve to point her fingers in my face. The food was cold told me there was No Oreo milk shake because the lady did not put it on the receipt and she did not want to make it she told me they had no milkshake soon as I said, I was calling corporate office. Oh, pull to the front I’ll make it. This store has a level of so much disrespect It’s disgusting someone can get sick from the food not being at proper temperature, I spoke to someone from corporate name, Maureen, I didn’t even want my money back. I just wanted to express how I was treated!! When I talk to Maureen, she convince me to come back to BURGER King by giving me three free meals. She sent me the cards when I went to go use today The worker and the manager started yelling, and acting like some type of animals , this is a shame you could do this in your country this is America. You don’t do that here It’s Sickening how they treat you and I’m Spanish myself I would never treat people like that. The level of customer service is disgusting. Gerard supervisor from the store had called them to explain that they need to accept the card
That Maureen gave me. Gerard told the supervisor from the other store say let her go to your store to get the food that is disgusting. Jerrod told me exactly what the other supervisor from BURGER King said at this 837 New York Ave. in Huntington Station, NY 11746! I made another complaint hopefully someone from corporate office will call me back ASAP
If not sooner or later, someone is going to get sick. I have my food handlers license and the way that food was cold and I told them to make it off the grill It should’ve never been Luke cool like that someone’s is gonna to get sick with foodborne illness!! Because they’re Rushing to do the orders on a timer and not caring what the customer asking!!!
1st time Went in for a meal from myself and my family onion rings missing change given back not the right amount I was short changed went in today burgers missing food was cold and staff in restaurant were very unprofessional, wasted gas getting to the restaurant wasted my time to not have my food and the right change given to me When I called to get some sort of compensation, they just told me to come back and get the food that they didn’t put in my bag so more gas wasted all I know horrible experience
I am number one ????????????Burker King in almost all parts of the world. This Burker King is number one in New York for cleanliness and good treatment at all times.
I like their interior design and facilities to sit and eat.
i ordered a melt swiss and mushrooms it was cold the bread was not toasted and the entire sandwich/melt is smaller than a popeyes biscuit the milk shakes are

Got the order completely wrong. Don't even know their own menu. Told me they didn't have 2 cheese burgers, but could order a cheeseburger and another cheeseburger! Paid for 4 cheeseburgers but discovered when we got home only was given 2. Got drink wrong as well. For some reason indicated for me not to move up to the window when there was no one in front of me, confusing those behind me as well. Found out this is to cheat the system, they have a timer and are if they do this it tricks the metrics. One time was asked to pull into the parking lot and they would bring me the order. This is apparently to make it appear they are serving faster as you pull through the drive through window as if you were served. If problems are not correctly recorded how will they ever be fixed? This tricking the system also inconveniences the customer.
