I ordered a breakfast burrito online, and arrived at this location a few moments later. There were two cars ahead of me, and one car in the parking lot. When I got to the window, I was told to pull forward and wait. I waited at least 8 minutes, while two other cars and one counter customer came and went... Somehow, ONE SIMPLE BURRITO was more difficult to prepare than three other orders combined. Bye-bye, BK.
Horrible place never gets the food right! Overcharges you for stuff you didn’t order and won’t replace anything. Even if you bring back the receipt like told over the phone then in person told to bring back the burgers said no problem to bringing back the burgers to show the shift manager But to have him refuse and argue with me that I didn’t have a burger to show him. We ordered 4 meals one whopper plain no cheese (since when does the whopper automatically come with cheese). they charged us for 5 meals and one extra fry and drink and I didn’t want my money back for that mistake I just wanted the plain whopper NO CHEESE. My daughter went back through the drive thru to order a second order immediately after cause they forgot something… a double bacon whopper meal and got a whopper jr meal instead SMH but not asking to replace that only the whopper plain no cheese after bringing the burger back. Nope the the shift manager insisted he made and bagged both orders of food himself well you can be the judge of that (but this is also the person I spoke to over the phone not 5 or 10 mins before claiming he couldn’t find our orders n stating we would need a receipt only to fix it but now remembers he made all those orders n bagged it HIMSELF!! Oh and stated they weren’t out of Coke when we were told they were out by the rudest customer service reps. Really Lmao!) and I didn’t even want that replaced cause that person just went ahead and ate the extra meal they charged us for before. Lesson - Check always before leaving here but all in all Worst place hands down need new staffing and I will drive another 10 mins now to another Burger King that knows what they r doing. Hell I’ll eat mcds before dealing with them again!
I arrived to an empty drive through at 9:20PM on a Tuesday night. I was told over the speaker to please wait and I obliged. I waited for a total of 8 minutes before leaving. I know, not long, but 8 minutes of radio silence at a fast food place that was not at all busy got boring. When driving around and passing the drive thru window area I saw two employees inside. One customer was at the window and another pulled up past the window in the area you have to wait for them to bring you your order (typically when a place is busy). I’m definitely overreacting by leaving a review for this. No lie. But it’s a tad ridiculous two employees couldn’t handle the low customer count (3 total with one not even have ordered) in under 8 minutes. Went to McDonald’s and was in and out in 4 minutes (yes, I ridiculously timed it). Ordered, paid, left with food. 4 minutes.
If I could give a 0 star, I would!!!! All I wanted to do was get the kid a cotton candy slushie that she has been asking for. This Burger King....I have no words. They checked one car at a time so that it took them 10 minutes to service one car before they even took the order of the next car. And it wasn't like they were busy...there were two cars parked there and three in the drive-thru lane (I was the third btw). 20 minutes and I finally get to the menu to order...and they welcome me and then disappear for another 10 minutes....why? How? What??? I should have long left, but my kid had been so good and so helpful that I wanted to treat her. They finally come back to the speaker only to tell me the machine that makes the slushie is broken.... Are you freaking kidding me? Then the lady gets an attitude with me when I tell her how frustrating this experience was. I will never be back...I messaged corporate (something I don't normally do) Ridiculous!
I’m going to be honest, as a huge fan of burgerking, this place has got it more right than not. Sometimes if you go real late or during like 2-4 you might get some bad fries little hard bread on your whopper. But this place has been there during some tough times and I appreciate it+the workers. (P.S the classic and spicy chicken wrap is GREAT. 2 for 5 is insane)
GOID JOB WESTLY! Employees were an mess act like they didnt know customers we waiting ! only person that was polite was the WESTLY guy .... the rest were cursing, running and playing very HORRIBLE!
I got the bacon melt & it was cold the bread wasn’t toasted, the side cups was everywhere and overall just a bad experience.
Today my son and I went to the drive thru after school and the person that was speaking thru the speaker wasn't speaking clearly and the speaker was cutting out so I couldn't understand them and I said about 3 times(politely) and the the person proceeded to scream at me thru the speaker . So I responded that they didn't have to scream at me then what I believe was the manager came over the speaker saying she was sorry and asked how she could help me. At that moment I was pissed so I said don't worry about it cuz I don't need a fukn thing from y'all. How do people these
days get away with speaking to customers like that. So I say AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE
