They don't use gloves. The guy at the window was sneezing and touching his nose, without gloves. I'm glad that he didn't actually make the food. ???? Still gross considering he hands the bags to people. Apparently burn burgers also. This location in FULTON, NY has cockroaches and human feces coming out of the floor ???? I haven't been here since I seen the photos. Do not go to this location people. This is a major health hazard, and if I worked here I definitely would report this to higher management instead of SERVING innocent people. You people should be ashamed
The customer service at this specific location is horrible. The drive thru gives nothing but attitude when asking questions. I placed a mobile order and still had to wait over 10 minutes for the order. I then get back home with lunch and find that the burgers are inedible as they drenched them in ketchup and bbq sauce, then the fries are ice cold at Noon? At peak lunch hours food should never be cold especially if i am waiting over 10 minutes for “fast food”…..guess i learned my lesson. With the price of food the way it is, maybe focus on quality over quantity. Never again.
I'm not a big Burger King fan but I will say one thing that I really like and that is the big fish sandwich. It is so much better than McDonald's fish sandwich. I highly recommend getting that. It is served on a really nice bun, and is way bigger than McDonald's. Do yourself a favor and try it out. Good price too- $4.99 It is worth it. ????
One more thing, I really don't like the crunch wraps. They don't look like they do on TV. The classic crunch wrap is served with a garlic mayo which I really don't like. Yuck
There's usually a little bit of a wait depending in what time you go. The staff is more then happy to take your money, not necessarily very pleasant to speak with. Ordering always feels rushed. Fries are actually nice and hot if when ordering you request them off the fryer!!
Our sandwiches tasted like they were either microwaved, or like they sat out too long. The fries were ice cold and hard. The soda was more like soda flavored water with corn syrup. Fir the price, you are better off getting gas station food.
On this fine evening, My friends and i ordered from Burger King. When it got to the door & we opened the bag, we were missing a whole whopper, a whole large fry, and large soda. We were fine with everything at first, the food was a little cold but we put up with it. While I was eating my fries, i found not just one, not just two, not just three BUT FOUR, BLACK, CURLY HAIRS!!!

Placed an online order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Went very smoothly, and food was great.
I went to order outside sat for 13 minutes and one person did not move in line so I proceeded to go In the store to order my food paid with cash exchanged. As my food was being made I noticed that the worker that took my order handled my fry container incorrectly and all my fried were touch with the palm of her hand .i asked for new fries either with a glove or to be handled differently and I was told no . The manager then came to the front and said her worker was not wrong and completely argued my point of no contact of food with a glove if it can’t be handled without touching it . All the manager had to do was put a glove on or teach the employee how to handle it properly. Then the manager said she was just going to give my money back . I said no I want my food and I want it how the law required you to serve it . This is not how by any means this should have been handled . Very disappointed in all of the service and stafff today .
