I did the pre order using the app, the food was okay. I was not happy the way a manager addressed a paying customer. He asked about a sandwich and her sharp response was "what you see is what it is"
The heavy set black lady at the window in the morning shift lacks all type of customer service. She was extremely rude. Burger King will lose customers because of her. One of them being me. She was also on the phone the whole time. Very unprofessional
The food is standard Burger King which is good, but this place needs an update. It is also not in a great neighborhood, and the service was unfriendly.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
First of all, they gave attitude to my partner for no reason. We placed an order online, WE. Nobody else. However they still gave someone else OUR order and for some reason it was OUR fault. Nobody said sorry, NOTHING. They didn’t want to refund us. Glad they’ll be working there till they die.
Quiet, clean nice staff. Very good food well made burgers and fresh crisp fries. I will be stopping here again... One of the best in area

Service is friendly and extremely fast
Bathroom and lobby need to be removed. It old design from 90’s bathroom is very dirty and can see some mole. Staff gave me wrong order twice it seem like ca t understands my English.
I love this place service is superb every time I go it's usually after work around send something about 10:00 and my food is always hot and fresh and the lady at the window is amazing like her customer service is just amazing the one with the blonde hair
